Italian born Chef Massimo Napoli immigrated in the USA in 1994 freshly graduated from culinary school.
After 30 years career and 20 restaurants opened and operated he decided along with his wife Carla and their children Francesca and Adriana to make Vero Beach their home.
Francesca`s Italian kitchen and Adriana`s terrace were born to celebrate the names of the kids.
Chef Massimo and his family welcomes guest in their latest venture on Ocean drive were an impeccable staff will take you in a culinary journey of authentic Italian food all set in a cozy atmosphere indoor, or a beautiful terrace outdoor.

Outstanding food. The veal melts in your mouth and the gnocchi Sorrentina are exquisite. Chef Massimo never disappoints. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere with an Italian flare.

The Blu Fin is a refined dining room on Turtle Cove Lane in Vero Beach, where Mediterranean cooking meets Latin soul under Culinary Director Sebastian LaRocca. Opening Tuesday, October 13, 2026, with dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 5 pm.

The menu leans on fresh seafood and local purveyors: beef tartare revealed from beneath a smoking cloche, clams with samphire, steak, house pastry and a pavlova finished with edible flowers. A curated wine program and thoughtfully built cocktails round out the evening, served in a room of warm light, art and attentive hospitality.

Reservations are recommended. The Blu Fin sits beside The Motley Cow tiki bar and Turtle Cove Gourmet Market, all part of Windward Restaurant Concepts, with on-site parking. Come for dinner, leave with a memory.

We dined at Blue Fin last night and the experience was fantastic! Having heard great things about the new restaurant, our expectations were exceeded!. We arrived ahead of our 7pm reservation and had a cocktail at their new Tiki Bar - which is another great venue to come for drinks and a separate bar menu. The bar was full, lots of great energy and a perfect way to open the evening. Chef Sebastian was walking around meeting people and his energy and enthusiasm put smiles on our faces. Time for dinner, we moved inside and the hostess warmly greeted us and within a few minutes we were seated in the dining room. The space is beautifully done with a bit of a contemporary feel yet super comfortable. Room acoustics are superb with a great soundtrack playing loud enough to be heard but not interfering with our conversation and also not having other tables "talk" being invasive. Our lead server Manny introduced himself and we were off to the races. While the menu is a concise - 6 starters and 6 mains with assorted sides, every dish we had was spectacular! Our starters were the Bourbon smoked beef tartar and tuna carpaccio and mains were the grouper and iberico sucreto. Presentation was fantastic, flavors immediately created the "oh my" moment and portion sizes were very good. Now lets talk about the service: For a restaurant that has only been open for 3-4 weeks, this place is buttoned up! when each course is served, there is an individual server for each person at the table so all plates are delivered simultaneously. This is what you expect at a top tier restaurant. As well, the servers spend as much or little time as you want and no mistakes were made. While Blue Fin is expensive, its worth it. As well, being very experienced global diners, we can easily say the is the best restaurant in Vero - they take it to another level!

The food was amazing, but what will keep us coming back is our server, Jenna. I am a celiac, and she was a wealth of knowledge and shared nuances of the menu that are safe for me. We are investigating the area, and right when we thought we might be monopolizing her time, she gave us so much useful information. We felt as if she became our first friend in the area.

I've eaten in all of the fine dining establishments in Vero Beach. This was by far the best. Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. Best filet mignon I've had in Vero!

SO GOOD! The whole experience was great - the host and our server were awesome. The apple martinis were amazing as were our meals. The swordfish paired with the pumpkin ravioli was perfect! Will definitely be back!
