Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-9 courses and range from $200-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. If dietary restrictions are presented without notice, we will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate them but can make no guarantees.

Wonderful experience, from drinks in the bar with Via to dinner and attentive service from Jared. Our meals started with a shared Puttenesca, followed by veal Milanese for me and the Jadori chicken for my wife. We ended the evening with do home made limoncello. If you enjoy Italian, this is the go to while in KoOlina.

Went here to celebrate my wife’s first Mother’s Day and was blown away by the quality of the food! Been to a lot of steakhouses together but the food here was especially delicious. Though the restaurant is small the staff there was very polite and courteous. We opted for the “French laundry” tomahawk steak finished table side and it was worth every penny! One of the best steaks we had ever had! Definitely worth coming here for any special occasion and i recommend them to everyone however leave the kids at home.

We are from the Big Island and ate at KPC for the first time tonight. It is a beautiful restaurant! Sunset was unreal. Alfredo was our waiter, very seasoned and so kind and professional…he really encompasses the aloha spirit and made our experience one we will never forget.
