Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-9 courses and range from $200-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. If dietary restrictions are presented without notice, we will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate them but can make no guarantees.

At Stage Restaurant in the Honolulu Design Center we're excited to offer a world inspired, local comfort enthused menu utilizing locally grown products with a focus on Chef inspired local favorites. Our hope is to give our guests a familiar yet modern culinary experience.

Just outside of Stage is our Amuse Wine Bar where we feature an 'Amuse Bites' menu of some familiar favorites from Stage in a casual atmosphere.

After a period of closure due to Covid-19, we are excited to re-open in both Stage Restaurant and Amuse Wine Bar beginning Friday, June 5, 2020.

Great 8-course prix fixe menu - excellent value. Presentation is superb. All dishes were creative, tasty and complex. Exactly what is expected in a prix fixe. The lobster upgrade was well worth it.

Chef Garg is really the best when it comes to fine dining in Hawaii. I loved the Mother’s Day set menu as well as the added caviar course. Everything was outstanding. Just a note. If you are local and try to self park the Halepuna Hotel will charge you $36 to self park. If you valet park it is free.

My daughter and I had a lovely time listening to live music and enjoying fresh Mexican food. Our waitress was darling. Loved the table made guacamole and my fish tacos. My daughter was drooling over the birria tacos. Lovely dinner after seeing the Auana show.
