Since 2004, Roy’s Ko Olina has been a standout on the beautiful West Side of Oahu. Best restaurant on Maui. Quality ingredients. Chef Maka has formulated a menu that will satisfy everyone. Ahi was grilled perfectly, rare on the inside and served with wasabi mashed potatoes. Chicken was prepared and served to savory/umami perfection. Definitely a must go on Maui
