Steiner Ranch Steakhouse is a 14,000 sq ft restaurant built in the hill country overlooking Lake Travis. We have three levels, four bars, and a large outdoor dining area with breathtaking views. In town for business I was looking for an authentic Texas Steakhouse. Overlooking Lake Travis and the surrounding Colorado River area Steiner Ranch Steakhouse did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the staff was wonderful and the views were amazing!

IMPORTANT: If Open Table does not offer you a choice to book an outside table it is because they have been booked already. If there are tables outside available you will have a choice between "Standard Seating" (meaning inside) or "Outside Table". We may have cancellations etc that could open something up so you are welcome to leave us a note that you would like to move outside if possible, but we cannot guarantee that.

We ask that all reservations up to 4 people respect a 90 minute seating time. Tables of 5-6 will be allotted 2 hours.

Since this location has limited protection from rain we could be forced to cancel outside reservations last minute. We will do everything we can to provide as much advance notice as possible.

Parties up to 6 people may be reserved online. For parties of 7-10 people please call our host staff to make a reservation at 512-263-2366.

I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday with friends! Everything was great, such great atmosphere. 95% of food was delicious with just couple items being ok. Staff were wonderful and really added to the experience.

The view was great, but the service was bad, the waitress hardly came to our table to ask if we wanted food, had to go to the bar and order, after waiting for a while, also it was 50% off margarita night, and we did not receive the discount.

Marcus (Manager on duty and bar) and David took EXCELLENT care of me and my guests visiting town. There were 14 of us - they did not miss a Beat!! Larry in Valet was AWESOME and quick when I picked up my car!!! The food was Superb, we tried most items on the menu!!! The views whether dining on the rooftop or inside are serene and beautiful. I will definitely be a regular!
