June’s All Day is the spot to be! Nestled on bustling South Congress, the perfect patio to sit and people watch. Misters and a fantastic wine list will keep you cool from the Texas heat. Service is always warm, hospitable and on point. The food is consistent, and some of the best in town. I couldn’t recommend this spot more!

What a lovely evening! Last night we were able to experience a taste of Cyprus with Cafe Malta “Tour de Forks”. Great food, reasonable prices and lovely atmosphere. One of my favorites places in Austin!

It’s a space to make new friends, enjoy some incredibly tasteful food and cocktails that aim to please. We had family in town for our daughter’s high school graduation. Family and friends wanted to get together after the graduation for a casual celebration, so I decided to book at Knotty Deck since a few people were staying there. I made note of the occasion on the reservation and they gave us a private area and even had Congratulations messaging for our daughter! They took SUCH GREAT CARE of our group. The staff was exceptional, as was the food and drinks. People ordered food on their own, all great, and then we ordered shareable desserts for everyone so I could add a toothpick decoration we brought with us, and they were so yummy! We chose strawberry cheesecake that had fresh crushed strawberries on top, and some sort of chocolate mousse cake. Yum! The bar itself is cool, plenty of tables and a variety of seating options, and it has this great deck with a pretty view. The hotel is really nice, and has a cool Austin-y vibe. In the lobby and central area there are several comfortable seating areas with couches and chairs that we used after the bar closed, and some cool art that is perfect for photo backdrops. This was a great experience, and being local we will definitely be back. I’m so glad to know about Knotty Deck, it will be a fun place to revisit individually or with a group.

The food and service was very good. I wish they would turn the air conditioning temperature up. It was so cold. We would have been much more comfortable with winter coats on. There were many tables where the people were wearing coats and hoodies.

Fun atmosphere! EXCELLENT server!! Food was awesome, huge portions -we ordered fajitas for 2 and it was more like for 4 people. Jalapeño margaritas were good, but not very spicy though. Good chips and pico and salsa too. Try it out! Yummy!

Maybe I’m getting hard to impress. All of the food was good, but nothing special. The menu didn’t feel “inspired.” I’m sure most people go for the drinks, which were somewhat creative. The servers were attentive, but inexperienced. The atmosphere was nice, though. Nice cool breeze blowing through the restaurant and the patio seemed inviting. It’s not the kind of place that requires a return trip. Thankfully, the menu prices matched the overall value. Solid walkable brunch spot.
