Popular seafood selections include Cedar Plank Salmon, Crab Stuffed Flounder and Kick Ass Sea Bass. Our steaks are dry-aged in-house for 14 days, and all desserts are scratch-made. Had brunch with a girlfriend there who was visiting out of state. It was really delicious. I had the Eggs Benedict Florentine and she had one of the waffle menu items. Server was very attentive even though she was slammed with full tables of guests. I definitely need to put Cafe Blue- Hill Country Galleria on my rotation of “ go to” restaurants!

Overall, we had a great time! The food was delicious, though even with happy hour pricing, we found the value a bit steep for the portion sizes. Our server was very friendly and attentive, but since we were seated on the porch by ourselves, it was a bit challenging to get our check. It took around 15 minutes before we were able to catch someone’s attention. Despite these minor setbacks, we enjoyed our experience and appreciate the service. Thank you!

If you're not hitting up Plank Provisions from 3-6pm daily, you're missing out. Their happy hour is unbeatable--fresh oysters that hit the spot, a spicy crab roll that's packed with flavor, and yellowtail sashimi so fresh it practically melts. The cherry on top? Half-off glasses of Chardonnay to pair with it all. It's the perfect way to unwind without breaking the bank. The only thing I'd tweak is the cleanliness--could use a little extra attention during the rush. But with deals this good, it's hard to complain. Highly recommend!
