Baekjeong literally means butcher in Korean which is a name we hold proud of.
We proudly serve only the finest cuts of Premium Alberta Sterling Silver meat which prepared by 15 years experienced butcher. Every table features a built-in grill (use gas) to allow you to dine at your own table.

All meat orders are accompanied by bottomless Korean style salads and vegetables. Combo meals have a choice of either soybean paste soup, kimchi stew, steamed eggs, soft-tofu soup or corn cheese.
Our relaxing atmosphere and juicy dishes make Baekjeong a perfect place to hold all kinds of parties and gatherings. Please reserve a spot a head of time for parties of eight or more.

Bourbon Street comes with a long history of being the centre of West Edmonton’s restaurant and nightlife scene, so we knew it was the perfect spot to plant our taco flag (yes, we have one in the back) and open up “shop”. What a wonderful selection for the Canadian Brewhouse's Mother's Day brunch. You wouldn't expect a sports lounge to be great for a family dinner or brunch. It was our 3rd time being there in under a month. Once again, I enjoyed my meal.

Food was good. Chicken lettuce wraps were too spiicy for one of us at the table. Need to indicate on the menu that they are spicy.
