We always love the Red Oak. Mother's Day was a bit tough, because the wait for food was exceptionally long (2 hrs for food at 1:30 PM). This is just something to consider for future bookings.

Tupelo Honey is a revival of Southern food and traditions rooted in the Carolina Mountains we call home. We craft brunches, lunches and suppers that bring family and friends around the table and allow for conversations and cocktails to linger longer than usual. Please arrive on time with all members in your party present. We will cancel reservations 15 minutes after the scheduled time. The combining of separate reservations will NOT be honored. Reservations were easy to make. Staff were attentive and professional. The food was exceptional. We had the goat cheese & honey with baguette as an appetizer, my wife had scallops with mushroom risotto, chili crunch and kale while I enjoyed the ribeye with gem potatoes and asparagus. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. For desert we split a chocolate bomme which was light and flavorful. Highly recommend as a place to enjoy delicious food with family and friends.
