Using only the highest quality ingredients, Bin 54 elevates classic steakhouse dishes to a new level of refinement. Staged in a warm contemporary setting, diners are offered glimpses of the wood-fired grill, semi-open kitchen and the temperature controlled wine room stocked with an extensive inventory of both eclectic and traditional selections. We also offer three private dining rooms; the Wine Cellar, which seats up to 8 guests, the Aberdeen Room, which seats up to 16 guests, and the Solarium, which seats up to 30 guests. Overall good. Service excellent. Wedge salad with blue cheese good Steaks very good and cooked perfectly. Accomping sauces a welcome surprise. Try them. Sides were lacking.Onion Rings reportedly made in house. Possibly fried in house but I suspect frozen. Spinach dish was not good. Macaroni dish very good. Drinks including Martini and wine very good. Bread and butter very good I would return.

Never fails to impress us, or our food/wine/beer connoisseur guests with us last night. Whether living 5 miles or 50 miles away (like us) , a gem you won't regret. Amberjack was sublime, with the perfectly matched New Zealand Ponga wine. Appetizers of Calamari, roasted romaine blew us away, as well as carrot cake. We are there a few times a year, have never not raved over their other many choices

Amalia Fumelli is the inspiration behind Amalia’s Authentic Italian Restaurant. She was born in Italy in 1932, and grew up on a farm. As she grew up, she took an interest in cooking and learned everything about the Italian kitchen from her mother and grandmother. For countless hours each day, Amalia began making hand-made pasta with her rolling pin on an old, wooden table. After many years, she had mastered her pasta creations through her skilled handiwork, precise cutting skills, and the amount of love she put into her work.

Over time, Amalia has passed all of her secrets and knowledge about food along to her children and grandchildren. One grandchild in particular, Filippo Fanfani, gained a passion for the art of cooking through her guidance. As a child, he spent all his days at his grandmother’s house preparing meals for his family. The two have a strong bond, that began with their conjoining love of creating meals that are enjoyable for everyone.
