It's always a good time at It's a Southern Thing at Ellis Road. Bernard is great! It was a perfect way to celebrate our Mom's birthday. The food was delicious and beautiful. We walked right in for our reservation. It was a good evening...will definitely be back soon

We were able to check in a bit early, however idk if my husband check in using the reservation. The host and waiters were super helpful with suggestions and patience with us despite close to closing. I had the berry parfait which they did not skimp out on the fruit which was the best part. It was definitely what was needed for a last mine breakfast.

Best dinner out we’ve had in awhile. Great service, and the restaurant is cozy but not cramped. We love Gonza and have not had a chance to try this WF location since we moved a few years ago. Great to see the usuals on the menu, including some items that used to be on the secret menu. We’ll be coming back.

Kanki is always a favorite of ours-Mother’s Day was busy & reservations were a must for a holiday like this. We were sat within 10 minutes of our reservation time & hostess kept us updated. Our server (Darren) & Chef Rickey were amazing. It was extremely busy but server kept water refilled and checked on us several times. Food was cooked perfectly. It was quite loud due to birthday songs & packed room for Mother’s Day but it was a fun meal. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Kanki!

We were literally passing through Chapel Hill on the way to Charlotte. Carolina Brewery had availability, so we headed in. So glad that we did. Very comfortable and casual. Despite being crowded we were sat immediately in a comfortable booth. Our serve was great, very attentive and our dinner was delicious. This is a great spot.
