Kelsey’s is a solid dining experience. The dining room is warm, inviting, and relatively quiet. Their menu includes numerous options. We had the Dubliner Burger and the corned beef sandwich. Each were tasty. I will say that the service was terrific. We were seated promptly and our waitress was pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Had a wonderful experience celebrating my son’s birthday. Great service, drinks, and food, all the basics with good atmosphere, a rare combinational experience. Only downer was the size of the crabs, but that was expected this early in the season. Will definitely be going back! Thank you!

Five brothers created a restaurant in the 70"s with the goal of providing quality service to the citizens of Baltimore, Maryland as well as the thousands of tourist that visit our Monumental City. Our Waterfront Crab House (located adjacent of our restaurant) was awarded in 2012 "#1 Best Crabs in Baltimore" by Baltimore Magazine. Along with our dining room and two patios our bar area features room for 80+ customers on a first come first serve basis. There are seats available at the bar and we feature both high and low tops on the outside area of the bar.
