We do not have FROZEN FISH, only FRESH FISH. Most fishes will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo.

The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. Food menus is $300++ per guest. Through our 23-year of culinary journey, we have combined flavors and developed a wide-ranging menu filled with some traditional sushi and exotic Asian fusion dishes. Sushi options include signature rolls, soybean and rice paper rolls, rice less rolls, sashimi, and nigiri options. Diners can also try a hot dish for the main course, such as our visually arresting “Arigatai Miso Sea Bass” or our popular 'Fried Rice".
Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole’s, Uchi, is open in Miami. Chef Cole's signature non-traditional take on Japanese food has delighted guests from around the world since its original location in Austin, Texas since 2003.
Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance for parties of up to 10 guests. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Executive Chef Byron Alabado and Executive Sushi Chef Shoyo Iida craft meticulous sushi, fire-cooked street skewers, inventive small plates and large entrees, plus fresh raw bar, ceviches & tiraditos that echo the authenticity of Japan, The Philippines, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Israel and The West Indies.
A 360 degree bar features fresh handcrafted Bichi cocktails, premium Japanese sake, wonderful wines and Champagnes, and an international beer selection. Guests are greeted by a ceremonial Japanese torii gate - after passing through, the ordinary world is left behind, symbolically marking the transition from the mundane to the sacred.
