La Grotta is tucked away in the heart of the Buckhead residential district and overlooks the lush gardens of the condo courtyard in which it is located. La Grotta literally means "the cave" in Italian and was named such for its cavernous and warm setting. The La Grotta staff is also well known and regarded for its vast knowledge of its customers, the food, diverse knowledge of languages (our staff speaks Italian, Spanish, French & German) and attention to detail. I felt our waiter was rushing us to order. While on a business meeting, I think a waiting services should be a little more strategic on their end as to how and when to approach. Steak was chewy and not as tender, but very good taste. With so many other restaurants and options I do not believe I will be returning to Pampas. I would still recommend.

At Tuscany we are a scratch made kitchen. We make all of our sauces in house daily, and each dish is made fresh to order. Our passion is to keep our dishes as traditional and fresh as possible while being so far away from Italy. We source only the finest ingredients and use only wild caught seafood. Our deserts are made in house with the exception of the profiteroles which are imported from Italy.

We were voted Best Italian in the state of Georgia in 2023, and again in 2024 by the Georgia Business Journal and have won numerous local awards for many years running including best restaurant in Woodstock and Canton in 2024. We have an extensive wine list and are sourcing wines directly from family vineyards in Italy. We're known for our onsite parties and events, and we offer an amazing patio to watch the sunset.

In spite of having to change my reservation 2 times, when we arrived our table was available. Nashley even changed us to another table in order to avoid some of the frigid a/c. Nashley encouraged us to taste the Barrel Reserve, which was very nice. Taylor took care of us beautifully. His bright personality and professionalism made this visit extra special. The cups of the Lobster, Crab, and Shrimp Bisque were rich and surprisingly filling. And we thoroughly enjoyed our complimentary glasses of Almond and Raspberry sparkling wine. Thank you!

Not only did our wait person, Jonathan, provide delightful service and conversation, we sat in a room with gloriously large windows with greenery gently flowing outside the windows. The entire evening was relaxed and delicious. This was our second visit in three days while we were in town for a week. You won't regret the delicious food at a reasonable price. Enjoy!
