Good service!

Had a fantastic meal to celebrate the election with my kids.
Filet did not disappoint really had a great time

Never been disappointed at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Always consistently good. Great service, and management comes by to make sure your happy

The food was amazing and the staff were all friendly and attentive.

Ordered the 40OZ Tomahawk Rib Eye, it was perfect. Well worth the 43 Mile Drive.

The greatest food I had in Seattle. The calamari was the best I ever had, the cowboy ribeye was melt in your mouth delicious.

Food was over cooked and expensive. Steak tasted bland. Mash potatoes were over 20 dollars for a small plate and weren’t even seasoned.

The evening was great except for the steak. We ordered the Ribeye and it was too thin and not what the great steak used to be. Save your money. The waiter was to bring us more bread but never came back with that. Dissatisfied.

Ruth's Chris is our go to restaurant in Seattle. We normally stay in Seattle on Saturday Nights for Seahawks home games and have dinner at Ruth's Chris. COVID cost us the in person experience at the game but not a nice dinner. The steaks were wonderful as always. There is something with the aging process and preparation at Ruth's that makes the steaks consistently the best.

Poor quality cuts, certainly not prime. 2nd time this happened. Won't be back to Ruth Chris again.

The server was stand-offish. He was very disengage. He wasn’t inviting or welcoming. He was cold. The topping on the sweet potato soufflé wasn’t properly prepared. It was raw sugar left on top. The creme brûlée was ice-cold. The topping was cold. It should have been warm sugar. The silverware was dirty. It literally had food leftovers stuck on them. I asked for hot water and didn’t get it. I asked for a top to my bottled water. The server wouldn’t even put plastic wrap on it. He was horrible. I left an $80 tip, and the food was nearly $400, because my children and I want to return and hopefully have a better experience with another server. I definitely don’t want Joel ever again. I even tried positive re-enforcements. I don’t want to have to say that Joel was horrible, but if we go back and he’s our server, we will leave.

Casual elegance can be found at Ruth's Chris. The dining experience is enhanced by the excellent service. High quality entrees and sides make this an option for both meat lovers as well as vegetarians who want to have good conversation with good food. You can rely on the consistency of the experience when dining at any Ruth's Chris location.

The dinner was excellent as usual. Nice, strong drinks to start. Excellent wine with our meal. The steaks were perfect, cooked according to our liking. Can't wait to return to Seattle and enjoy another meal here.

They put us in a nice private section. They went above and beyond to make my boyfriends 50th amazing! Our server was intuitive and offered us a gluten free dessert so that I could have some, as well!

I took my 4 ½ year old granddaughter to her first Broadway play at the Paramount. I wanted to be sure her experience was memorable, so I made reservations for five of us at Ruth Chris. I’ve always had great service there, but this time was different. We told them we were off to the show, so speed was important. We didn’t see our sever again for 45 minutes! We were stuck in the corner nearest the kitchen and server station. Plus they were vacuuming during business hours!! Who does that? When our meals finally arrived, they still had forgotten our starters NO soup or salads. The runner said he would check into it. We had to scarf down our lovely meals. Yes, they were good, but took way to long and only partially there. The manager took two alcoholic beverages off our ticket and we told them not to bother with the salads, but it was a disappointment to say the least. I will try somewhere else next time.

We had a great late night dining experience at Ruth’s Chris on Valentine’s Day. We anticipated being very late after our flights into Seattle from Boise and Spokane, so the 10 o’clock reservation worked out perfect for us. Tim was a great waiter and certainly did a good job of spacing our meal and wine selection out for us.

As usual we loved Ruths in Seattle! We came here for Valentine’s Day and the service was decent for such a busy night, we always get the Ruths Classic and it never disappoints with the three course meal that it comes with!

Note this is on Valentines 2020. Reservations for everyone was behind 30 minutes; we had reservations at 8:30 PM and weren’t seated until 8:55 PM. Service was very polite, but they staff was handling a lot of people due to the occasion so they weren’t as prompt as desired. Been to many other steakhouses if this level and this one had the basic offerings and their flavors were not on par as others.

Everything was great, but I did make my reservation months in advance and we were 30 minutes delayed in our seating so we had to rush our dinner so we could get to the Paramont on time. We weren’t able to have appetizers, salad, or dessert. We only had time for our food, made dinner, which was absolutely fabulous, but it was extremely stressful because we were so rushed on time.

Wonderful dinner! Food was outstanding. It was my birthday, so the confetti on the table was a nice touch and the free dessert was awesome. Our waiter Zach was phenomenal. Highly recommend and will definitely go back next time I'm in Seattle.

Great place to celebrate my granddaughters 4th birthday on the way to see Frozen the Musical. Thank you for your quick, but yet lovely dinner.
