Outstanding in all respects. After dinner the manager stopped at the table and asked if everything was perfect. It was. I indicated on the reservation it was an anniversary. The seating location was perfect. The waiter was gracious. All the support staff made kind comments about our anniversary and chatted. The food and service was the best in class. The menu was special. Champagne was served and there was a delicious chocolate layer cake with happy anniversary written in chocolate on the cool plate. Every attention to detail was done. Worth every penny and more. Will be back again next year.

The food was good but was not exceptional,which for the price you should expect. Having eaten at high end steakhouses like Del Frisco and the like, in comparison the food was good. Service and the way they treat a customer is first rate, the quality of the food should be higher to make this a 4 or 5 star experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and having my first date/experience here. The food, the service , and evening matched the way I felt about him and took out “date” over the top. I’ll be sure to make Ruth Chris “our” special place for hopefully many years to come. ❤️

Went to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. The food & service were outstanding.
I had dinner with a client last week. Simply stated, Ruth's Chris had a bad night, We had a substantial delay before our order was taken. the porterhouse was stringy and had more fat than it ever had previously. Our wine did not come until we were done with dinner. We received an apology and one free dessert due to the problems. It was a disappointing dinner and I doubt I will visit the restaurant again with a client.

Food was excellent and the staff was very professional
Our waitress was wonderful & our steaks perfect. Can’t really ask for much more. It is expensive but u know that going in .

Our waitress was busy but amazingly knowledgeable and very friendly. Food was delicious, as usual. We sat next to a door that had a bad draft coming in in a cold night but I changed chairs and that was the only issue. Our meal was awesome overall. We are regulars and will be back.

We eat at this location all the time. Food is always superb and service is top notch.
Dinner was very good. Petite filet mignon was overcooked significantly. Staff informed and a new steak brought at proper temperature and preparation immediately to our satisfaction at the insistence of management. Nice touch.
Most of the food was good - one of the steaks arrived overcooked and we had to chase down our waitress to have it replaced. For a Tuesday night I thought service should have been better, especially with how much we spent. The food was good, I expected better service from a Ruth Chris - it started with the hostesses sending us to the wrong place to find our party to the waitress getting lost and not taking excellent care of us. I would not return to this location

Mom was in the mood for steak and I’ve never been here before (she has) so that was the push to come in! Let me tell you I was WOWED. The wait staff was amazing. He helped me pick a good, buttery Chardonnay (my favorite). Mom and I both ordered the Ruth’s special (I think that’s what it was called) which came with an appetizer (soup or salad) a choice of entree, one side, and strawberry shortcake for dessert. I chose the house salad with balsamic (all dressings are made in house) and my entree was the 6oz Filet and Shrimp. I chose to top the filet with the Truffle Crust. If you come to this restaurant DO IT. That was the best steak I have ever had in my life, and the truffle just made it even better. For my side I chose the mashed potatoes and my mom picked the roast cauliflower and we split those (sides are served family style). Both were amazing! And to finish the night the strawberry shortcake was perfect and I ordered a decaf cappuccino and it came with a little stick of rock candy as the sweetener which was so cute. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and will absolutely be back again. The staff was professional and very nice, the food was the best I’ve had in a very long time, and the ambiance was very nice! Lights weren’t too low or too bright, the music was nice in the background, and the tables were nice with comfortable seats. Thank you Ruth’s Chris!!

Excellent service as usual
Ribeye was delicious, cooked perfectly, so tender and flavorful.
We love this restaurant. The service and food are incredible. Tim was our server and he was so attentive the entire evening. We were one of the first to be seated that evening and the restaurant quickly filled up. Our bread came hot out of the oven and was delicious. They always have a great wine selection so I chose a nice Pinot noir for my meal. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms which were delightful. They were perfect! My husband had the bone in strip steak and I had the bone in filet. Both were magnificent! The aroma alone was mouth watering. Our sides were potatoes and brussel sprouts which were pretty addictive.
The entire experience was great.
We came to celebrate my aunts birthday. We felt that the waiter was pushy in trying to get us to get items off the menu. I understand that they want a larger bill, but it was off putting. I loved the lamb chops but my sister and aunt felt that their ribeye steak, they could have got anywhere. The calamari also felt soggy. We expected more for such a high price.

Steak to melt in your mouth, great service. cannot lose
This is our "go to" steak house. Been to many others but always rely on the quality, service and value at RC!
The service was excellent,but the steak was undercooked.They cooked it some more to my liking.The steak was also tough.I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye and expected it to taste much better but certainly not undercooked and tough!! Considering this was the second or third highest priced steak on the menu I was very disappointed.

Surprising that a steak house needs 3 tries to get a filet cooked to a proper medium temperature. First it was over cooked to well. Then a new piece of meat cooked to rare and brought to the table. When we asked for it to be cooked to medium they stuck it in the broiler and brought the same piece of meat cooked to well. Finally a new piece cooked and brought out at medium. 4th times a charm I guess.

The food and waitstaff (especially Hillary) are great!
It TOOK FOREVER to get our food. It was crazy expensive for what we got. 7 people steaks were OK but Over priced and nothing great.
Waiter was attentive but food seriously took forever to come.
Went there for our wedding anniversary. Food and service were outstanding. The decor is dated and really could use a good makeover.

We were celebrating an anniversary and the restaurant really made the occasion special. The service and food were fantastic. Gestures such as rose petals and champagne were a pleasant surprise. Small gestures goes a long way, well done!
We eat at this particular Ruth’s Chris at least 4 to 5 times per year. Dinner for 4 at 6:30, no waiting for us as we were immediately seated, 2 adults, a 15 yo and a 12 yo. Thanks Open Table for no waiting around.
The wait time for deliverables once seated was a challenge. Drink orders took 10 minutes to communicate, the bar drink took 25 minutes to arrive. Was obvious that it had been sitting for a bit waiting to be brought to the table. Frank, our waiter, had no other help for our table so he was on his own. The tables here have gotten noticeably tighter together with us being bumped around many times. Perhaps they added more tables in the same amount of space to increase revenue.
Meal decisions communicated 25 minutes into sitting down. One Strip steak on the bone, medium, 3 petit fillets 2 medium, 1 medium rare. No appetizers as there were cakes waiting for us at home that we wanted to save space for.
Maybe they do not have enough staff at this location as the meal took about 40 minutes to arrive. All meats came medium. Sent the one steak back and it was brought without the heated plate as is their specialty. This was on the manager who had brought the meat back. The sweet potatoes were not cooked in the normal baking dish, almost as though they were scooped into a small dish and sprinkled with the cinnamon sugar and 2 nuts. The other 2 portions were noticeably smaller (corn and shoe string potatoes) with the corn on the cold side. The second drink had to be returned as it too had been sitting around for a while.
After all this waiting we still waited for them to provide the 2 Birthday individuals with chocolate cake which we had already said we had cake at home. There was no charge for the cakes but they did place it on the bill and then remove the costs. This chewed up another 20 minutes.
Total bill $304, I left a $60 tip but we will on the lookout for a new local steakhouse.

Service was way off. Didn’t get our wine until after spritzers. Food was great and will go back as last time service was perfect. Maybe just an off night service wise.
