The steaks are always the best! Sizzling & hot. The Side dishes are a bit below par, not as succulent as they were. Spinach and mashed potatoes are not really creamy, shoestrings got cold fast, mushrooms and onions were great!

My steak was over cooked but was ok , so I did not alert the server. Other dishes were good. Server misread my gift card and on my way home I got a phone call saying I owed more money from Nannette. She was professional but the whole situation was a bit off putting. Not a great evening but my two guests enjoyed everything so if they were happy, I’m happy.

The lobster bisque tasted weird. When we mentioned this to the bartender and asked if anyone else had said anything about the soup, he said yes. So not sure why they were still serving it? Anyway, it was taken off of our bill. Don't want to call out names, but some of the bartenders were VERY good (a guy B), and some, not so much (a girl M). We enjoyed our food very much (except for the soup!), but the overall experience was just "good", not "outstanding" as I would expect from Ruths' Chris. Oh, and my husband's gin and tonic was served with diet tonic water. Really?

Went to brunch on Mothers Day. Not happy with treatment having to be seated again while plenty of tables for customers. Restaurant made an adjustment due to this inconvenience. But Terry our waiter was great. And the food and wine was perfect.

One of the worst nights I can remember or ever having. Ordered two steaks Oscar. One med one med well. Both came rare and one without Oscar. All they did was char the hell out of both and bring them back. 815 reservation. Didn’t get our burnt steaks back until 1030. Didn’t eat any sides or meals. Manager comped 2 appetizers. 200.00 for a horrible ruined dinner. Won’t be back.

This was the second birthday I've celebrated at Ruth Chris. I love it! The atmosphere, the hospitality, the food! I rated the food 4 stars only because I wanted my filet medium and it came out medium rare to almost rare.
