    We love this particular Ruth’s Chris because every employee from the host/hostess, to the manager, to the waitstaff make us feel very special. We never feel rushed and we are never disappointed in the food quality. We have been coming to this venue since 2009, at least 2-3 times per year. In particular, we want to recognize our favorite waiter, Luis Melo!

    We always come to RC once or twice per year, it special to us, Aruba's location maybe even more special, always attentive service from check in to being seated to getting served to getting the bill, topnotch regardless of who serves you that evening. Solid steakhouse experience!!!

    Service was excellent from start to finish. I had a problem with my original entree and it was resolved without a question and professionally. However, I was disappointed in the food. While the sides were very good, as were the mushrooms in the crab stuffed mushrooms app but the stuffing was ordinary. I originally ordered lobster tails and they were chewy and did not have much flavor, and I thought they were overcooked, so I sent them back and ordered the lamb chops. There were 4 double boned chops, cooked as ordered, and while they were fine, they were not exceptional. My dining partner had the filet and felt it was just ok- definitely not melt in your mouth. I don't know whether it was the quality of the meat or the cooking/ seasoning method (plates come out very hot) or both, but the meal left something to be desired, especially at their prices. We had the berries is sweet cream for dessert- definitely the best part of the meal.

    We requested the check after being disappointed with the calamari and the seared tuna appetizers. The calamari was very chewy~ perhaps frozen? The tuna lacked flavor.
