Great Japanese Whisky and cocktail bar in a nondescript off-the main street location. Excellent drink selection. Booked ahead to ensure seating, note the booking is time-limited. Tried to call ahead re dietary queries - no one answered the phone or returned messages.

Always a great go-to bar, a wide range of whiskeys and tasty cocktails , with a good selection of bar snacks to go with them. Staff are super friendly which adds to the fun. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to get cocktails and try umeshu, and other Japanese drinks. It’s dimly lit with a great calm vibe. The service was wonderful and the staff there are very friendly and engaging.

Great little bar in Haymarket. We had personal and speedy service. Very knowledgeable barman who could customise cocktails to each person’s personal taste. Will be back.

Open Table, you should be a way to skip some options from this review as we only went to Banchō for drinks so food is not applicable for me to comment. Therefore it's not accurate to either say that it's 'good' or 'bad'. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed the place and would definitely go back. The only thing I can say that is not so great is the acoustic of the room. Because it's quite a small space with high ceiling, the noise level was pretty high that we almost lost our voices just to converse to each other (next to each other).

The ordering, payment system was bad for new comers. wasted time to install the application. not preferrable way to pay. it only takes the credit card or paypal not cash. The oder by person was not comfortable and waited too long to get the first drink. The way to enjoy the meal or drink was too long to go and uncomfortable.
