Devine is one of the city’s most established wine bars, on the corner of Market Street and Clarence Street, in the heart of Sydney CBD and a short stroll to the QVB, State Theatre and Town Hall.

    Very fast service. Tap water on table. Wine prices very high (for a very small glass), but beer prices reasonable. Fast food delivery. Fantastic food. Prices a little on the high side for fairly small portions. Disappointing to add credit card surcharge.

    We absolutely love dining here. You feel instantly calm when you are seated at your table and the customer service is great. The food is amazing and the wine is fantastic. Definitely recommend.

    Waitress was far too keen!! Helicopter waitressing, too much! Need to updated website menu at time of amending the table menu! Missed out on the arancini!

    All people in our group thought the food was great Special service on request was accommodated Wine list was extensive and suggested a lovely bottle to enjoy service was very attentive Main meals were not huge, but delicious. Found it was louder than expected for group discussion

    Loved everything about this restaurant. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and professionally. It’s a beautiful space with a lovely atmosphere. The food was plentiful and delicious. Will definitely go back.

    We had a cosy corner right next to a very noisy group at the high bar table. Could not hear each other's conversation. Food was great though.

    We choose our food well of thankfully a limited menu. Swordfish, chicken and ravioli. A bottle of Gavi went perfectly. The waitress was outstanding and a real asset to the restaurant.

    Celeriac was a stand out for us! Fantastic meals with great flavours and good portions. Lots of servers available. Approximately $200 with two starters, two mains, one dessert and four drinks between the two of us, which I think is very reasonable. Would definitely come back!

    We had a lunch for 16 guys at De Vine and it was amazing. Great food and fantastic service all in a stunning setting. The wine list has to be seen to be believed. Anthony and his team looked after us like royalty. We will definitely return. Congratulations on a five star restaurant.

    A classy restaurant with an extensive wine selection. Service was impeccable and the food divine. We shared an entree, then had a main and dessert each. Felt totally satisfied and spoilt. Will definitely be back again.

    The food was very good but when I got the bill I saw they had charged me 5 dollars for a glass of tap water. Completely outrages considering I had a three course meal with wine. That water charge just left such a bad taste in mouth from this restaurant that won't be going there again or recommend the place to anyone before that policy changes.

    I was dining with family from the states and they had a young toddler. We were given a lovely spot in a corner window alcove, it was perfect, it gave us and the other diners some space. The service was friendly and the food was amazing. I had the fregola and really enjoyed the flavour of the oxtail. My 2nd time dining here and the next time I’m in Sydney I’ll be back.

    Lovely place, lovely ambiance, great service and the food was really flawless. Highly recommend it! Always good when you can enjoy a delicious meal in lovely company and manage to converse without shouting or straining. We’ll be back.
