Fabulous food. Great service. Expensive but this is a case of getting what you pay for.
The waiter made our night - Michael. The food is great but very special service takes the experience to the top level. Great evening, and looking forward to returning.

My friend and I were not only extremely let down and underwhelmed by the apertisers we had ordered.
But more so by the appalling service we received from Michael the waiting / ‘Manager’ at the time of our visit
After waiting some time for Michael to come back and serve us we ordered our appetisers, entree and main meals. Michael made an inappropriate comment about what we had ordered implying it was too much for the two of us. We asked to have the entree and appitizer come out together to which Michael said no that’s not possible as the entree needed to be cooked. This was disappointing but we accepted. A little while later to our only pleasant surprise they came out together.
Sadly though very underwhelming. No matter we were looking forward to our mains.
And the arrogance we both received from Michael.
As we had decided to leave the restaurant, we waited at the bar for some time to pay the bill, about 10 minutes later an angry Michael approached us, we advised we wished to leave and wanted to pay for what we had consumed, he attempted to charge us for the whole bill, we disputed this by simply asking why he was trying to charge us so much. He said the food was already made. As we stating we did not want to stay Michael started swearing at us.
That’s right he started swearing at us and calling us disgusting names. ( the dirtiest names you could think of in the modern English launguage.)
This literally blew us away, we were in utter shock. We asked for a manager and he said he was the manager and refused to get anyone else. Eventually we were able to pay for what we had eaten and left.
This was truly a horrible experience we have not been called the names he used in our lives and would highly recommend not to visit this restaurant. Rather go down stairs the food is 100% better and service is next level.

Plastic chairs were very under rated when you are paying good money for quality.

Always exceptional ! Degustation with matching wine is definitely the most enjoyable. Service is perfect and the view of the broad water and marina just top it off. Been many times and will continue to re visit.

Had a noisy character next to us, but the food will bring us back.
I went here following a proposal to my girlfriend of 9 years. During the booking process i mentioned this was a special occassion and asked if there was anything special they might be able to do for us. I was disappointed that this was never acknowledged or addressed as it was a special occasion. We were lucky and had a nice window seat though so thank you. Service was excellent and ambiance was nice. Food was average and a bit bland in my opinion though. I got the lobster spaghetti.
The food was incredible, however being a young person the service was not incredible. When asking about split bills over the phone I received a rude response and was not pleased
Staff and food are great, highly recommended if you like Italian food.

Incredibly disappointed. Hadn’t been to Felinis in years and wanted to enjoy a special occasion which was a huge let down. Food was bland, service average, ran out of my favourite wine (apparently this is common) and the alternative wine was below average yet still very high in price. Veal was chewy and the atmosphere looked cheap. Didn’t seem to care we left early knowing we were there for a special occasion. Clearly not interested in repeat customers or reputation. I will inform both social and professional circles (particularly those from the hospitality industry) how poor the experience and quality of both food & service I had at Fellinis. It ruined the special occasion planned for the evening.

My partner and I went to this restaurant for her birthday dinner , ask for a window seat and got it. Beautiful sites while having dinner and we were that special there was fireworks on the water . Which topped off the night. Great food and knowledge of the food. Would highly recommend. Price for meals were great .
We thoroughly enjoyed our special Occassion at Fellini’s. we hope to return soon.

Sadly this was very disappointing given the location and price. Average food - too much fried or covered in heavy sauces. Out of date decor and menu. Needs an overhaul.
The food was fantastic. The entree that we ordered was absolutely amazing along with the chicken beast and the pork mains. The service was outstanding - super friendly, constantly being attended in case we needed anything and our water was never empty. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone after the splendid service we received.
The food was delicious to. I loved my choices, my partner was not as happy with his. He said there was a bitter taste in the dressing that went with his sardines.
Loved the desert plate.

Always fantastic. We are from Melbourne but always make a point of dinning at this restaurant when we come to the Gold Coast. Great food beautifully presented.
The staff were great with good service. BUT the food lacked flavour and seemed to have no seasoning. 3 different dishes between 5 of us. And we all had flavourless food. An Italian restaurant really should be able to do pasta and risotto well. Sadly they did not
Had a lovely meal on Saturday night with a few special treats added for our anniversary. Very thoughtful and attentive service.
They didn’t have Diet Coke tried to pass Pepsi as it, arancini rice not fully cooked, parpadelle duck ragu was very runny like soup, eye fillet was disappointing.

This is my favourite restaurant on the Gold Coast & I am never disappointed. I always recommend it everyone.
We were recommended by friends, there were only two waiters to do everything and that included drinks, meet and greet and of course serving customers. For a Friday lunch, they needed at least 6. My food was cold because it had been sitting on the bench so long, not what you expect when you pay $47.00 for fish and chips! I had to get up and get my own wine, for a two hundred dollar lunch, it was a joke, that’s Sydney prices and if your going to charge that, you have to deliver!
An anniversary dinner very special.
When asked if there was anything special to be provided I asked for a Strawberry Daiquiri to be on the table on arrival - it wasn't.Bread was great,oysters were fair and may have been on the way out/off.Mains fine ,sweets fine,2 glasses of Bollinger had no sparkle and may have been poured from a already opened/flat bottle,not a good wrap for the famous brand & at $19 a glass not good value.Service was good.The electrical storm on the night was the highlight!Reluctant to return particular in light of the cost even with an entertainment book discount card.

First time dining at Fellini Restaurant. I had the seafood degustation menu. I loved all the courses on the menu except for the Dentice in Padella; wasn't crazy about the flavour overall, but the fish was cooked perfectly. And the Linguette ai Gamberoni should have been called Linguette ai Gamberini; the prawns were smaller than I expected, but still a delicious dish. The Tiramisu and Panna cotta were the best I've ever had. The service was very good; our waiter was on the ball when one of the food waiters forgot to bring my partner's matching wine. He was impressed. Overall a very good experience and really delicious, fresh, locally sourced seafood. The only thing that would have made my rating higher is if they would source a few organic ingredients for their dishes.
