                                                                                                        I would not recommend the High Tea. Nice location but would have to be the most ordinary food we have ever had. In addition, there was no parking available so had to walk almost a kilometre.

                                                                                                        The cafe is quite dated although still well maintained. Our table was against a large pillar with a main walkway behind us. Lacked atmosphere and the high tea was ok but certainly not great. Staff were very friendly and very busy

                                                                                                        Went for mother's day high tea (day before). We followed signs that we thought were related and got lost. Food was good. Table service was average. Spilled wine on the table due to mismatched heights of the two tables put together. Was a whole process and confusion just to get it set back up. Even then, missing cutlery, plates and drinks. Then, when asked what tea we wanted from the menu, we were told the ones we picked weren't available. Sold put already and it wasn't even Mother's day. Food was nice. Probably could've been more simpler options for the kids. Staff were also nice, although seemed a bit nervous. We weren't angry or frustrated at all during the above so not sure why. Might be because they were less experienced. Considering the high price we paid for this experience, I would've expected better in all aspects. I wouldn't recommend the high tea for mother's day in the future unless they drop their prices given the service and food quality.

                                                                                                        Food either under cooked or overcooked. It was suppose to be a seafood buffet, raw fish,prawns and oysters… no bugs or lobster. $169 a head and only 2 dessert options gluten free. We definitely did not get our monies worth. New year entertainment a washout with no alternative plan. We were home by 10 pm. Won’t be doing it again.

                                                                                                        Food was plentiful but very average.. We were the 8 pm seating and last seating of the evening. Wait staff was excellent. As soon as you finished a dish someone was there to remove it. Anything needed (butter, an additional fork, etc) was brought out immediately. Dessert table was beautiful and a nice assortment.

                                                                                                        We have been on 3 previous occasions for Christmas dinner. I would not go back, the quality of the food offered was in no way of a high enough level to justify the $200 plus per head. Previously a glass of bubbles was included, this time they charged. Some of the staff walked about looking like they had no idea as to what they were doing. Altogether a very disappointing experience
