Using both imagination and delicacy. Olvera recombines Mexico’s nearly infinite ingredients and flavors, demonstrating and extraordinary food culture’s potential in obsessive detail. - Private dining room - For parties from 9 to 14 people. - We charge 20% of gratuity at the end of the event. - We consider this space as the private room, the meal will be served as family style, that been said, the kitchen will choose the 4th and 6th courses according to you and your guest's preferences and dietary restrictions. Your server will elaborate a bit more on this at the time of the event.

Desde la recepción hasta el final, todo fue espectacular. La atención de María y todo el equipo y el gran detalle en nuestro postre de aniversario fue asombroso. Los sabores, la presentación y la calidez del servicio, todo fue genial, Gracias Pujol, Gracias Chef Enrique Olvera por compartir su pasión por la cocina.

This is the most overrated restaurant I’ve ever been to. Almost every single course was completely bland and boring and each tiny portion takes 30-45 mins to arrive. The service was very good but the portion timing was painfully slow. This place is all hype and the reality are tiny portions of bland dishes. I’ve had much better food all over cdmx including on the street.

Demasiado caro, en Guatemala hay uno igual llamado Flor de Liz, con la diferencia que cuando sirven cada degustación cuentan la historia del plato, tambien les recomiendo Maiz, cada dia cambian el plato pricipal ya que el chef es creativo con las fusiones de las recetas.

Celebrating my birthday at Pujol is one of the best decisions I’ve made. The entire experience was engrossingly insatiable. Wow! Amazed how everything was incredible and the the mole still stole the show. Their madre mole and mole nuevo is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten and makes my “last supper” list. Simple and profound. I would do it all over again for that mole.

We were told it was 3 star Michelin restaurant. I cannot find any evidence of that but we still had a very nice meal and evening. We were not aware that no a la cartel meals as only two choices of land or sea pre fixed meal. Price was quite high but service ambiance , and tastings were spectacular. Would definitely recommend with outlined observations

Ristorante molto bello, però l’attesa è stata infinita. Tra una portata e l’altra passavano 20/30 minuti e per un menù degustazione da 7 portate è decisamente eccessivo.
A parte qualcosina, nessun piatto era sorprendente.

L'accueil par l'ensemble des personnels est superbe. Les serveurs sont d'une courtoisie et d'une éducation rares. L'ambiance est très agréable. La cuisine est exceptionnelle ! Tous les plats sont particulièrement recherchés, raffinés et d'une extrême finesse.

Realmente fue una experiencia muy buena, las bebidas de aperitivo bastante buenas, el menu de maíz, muy rico pero lo sobresaliente y único fue el mole, es realmente espectacular, no había comido algo así y la verdad a los cuatro nos gusto mucho, muy buen platillo, sencillo pero único. Felicidades. El servicio todos y todas muy atentos y serviciales. Realmente la pasamos muy a gusto

Excelente comida. Pedimos menu Maiz y lo unico que no nos encanto fue el huitlacoche . Todo lo demas fue realmente excelente. Una experiencia para vivir por lo menos una vez en tu vida. O mas seguido si no te pesan los 2500 pesos mas bebidas y propina por persona.

Pujol had it's heyday but that's long past. This place is a tourist trap designed towards palettes that aren't used to Mexican food: it's spicy, sour, salty, has a KICK. This food falls flat. If it weren't for the heaps of tortillas they served with 3 of our 6 courses, I would have left hungry. Each course had a 15-20 minute delay where we had to sit and wait hungrily. I won't be coming back. Save your money and go to Lorea or Garum (you know, the ones that didn't bribe to be on those global lists!).

I would definitely come back, but I'll try to write a review that will help others decide if this is a good place for them.

The food was excellently prepared and beautifully presented. Service was very good. Nearly the entire meal was made with pre-columbian ingredients. There was no meat and very little cheese. The animal proteins were just one fish dish and three with insect (ant and grasshopper) ingredients. Otherwise the meal was vegan using plants and fungi from this area like maiz, avocado, chamoya, hoja santa, frijol, nopal, huitlacoche, etc.

Honestly the the meal was more interesting rather than good tasting. Human beings tend to like familiar flavors best, and there were a lot of new flavors. I would say that it was one of the more interesting meals of my life, but not in the top 50 in terms of delicious food.

We would definitely come again for the experience.

Me encanto! Sinceramente es una experiencia que repetiría las veces que fuera necesario.

Todo fue excelente, desde el recibimiento, la atención, la calidez, los meseres. Sin duda se saca un 10 todo.

Respecto al ruido, no es tema del restaurante particularmente ese día estaba muy lleno y había mucha gente con un volumen alto.

Quality on every detail. The place is nice and cozy, music is trendy and good for chat and dinner.
The service is remarkable on each one of the up to 8 persons that get to serve you. Beer and wine list are hand picked good, but pricy.
The degustation menu will get you full and you will leave with a smile, but as a Mexico City native, the taste of most dishes are too familiar to be considered special. Not even presentation got a wow out of me.
I would say it's a restaurant better suited for international tourists.
