整體尚可，但已經沒有以前那種服務好和食物驚艷的感覺了；整體就是效率好和趕而已。偶爾聚聚餐吃個飯還不錯的地方。

大致上很不錯，服務人員態度一百分，兒童餐會主動協助去骨，份量也很足夠，秋葵有的很老，咬不下去，不確定是可食用或是裝飾用，甜點真的太甜了，連小孩都沒辦法吃完，如果減一半的糖，就太完美了，期待下次到西堤用餐能吃到減糖的甜點

多次去用餐，服務人員的水準平均都不錯，近期價格雖有調漲，但是整體品質還是值得推薦，交通部分也很便利。

牛排熟度不一致，兩塊都要七分熟，但其中一塊卻是帶血的五分熟，感覺集賢店的廚房有待加油，這樣的情況讓人有些失望，希望能改進。

用餐環境空間大、不會有壓迫感。點餐時服務生很熱心介紹餐點。但可惜上餐速度慢，且從反光來看可看到餐具餐盤沒有很乾淨，感覺很多指紋和沒洗乾淨的油漬。沒有先收走喝完的湯品，反而直接上主餐導致桌面擁擠。感覺的出來服務生有點疲憊（可以體恤服務業的辛勞）。廁所乾淨。

有兩個湯等到主菜來了之後才上，感覺可能接的客人太多，所以出餐品質沒有很好，每個餐具的外面會有點髒污還是水滴，可能是機器人運送的過程摩擦到？若不是這樣就有點不太好。

原塊牛排七分熟吃起來像全熟，五分熟的像七分熟，除此之外都很好，套餐份量也很足。服務人員很親切整體氣氛很好

距離上一次到西堤用餐已是數年前，此次前往明顯感受到餐點跟以前相比的進步，份量也是很充足，服務生還能細心的安排上菜的時間，本月有3位壽星一同前往，人員也非常耐心的一一送上蛋糕跟祝福，並願意幫我們沖洗3份照片，態度nice ,非常開心的回憶

剛坐好位子旁邊桌的服務生點餐超大聲的誇張，一直介紹餐點很好，但是可以小聲，內容也不用太誇張的強調東西好吃！小女還在用餐一直急著要收盤子，第2道濃湯也還在急著要收盤，其他服務員提醒她還在吃，便說抱歉！填了問卷知道服務不好，出來道歉就說我補個甜點給妳，我請問你們店長呢？在幹嘛？我要當面在罵服務生嗎？還是妳也不敢面對，讓服務生自己來道歉！真是一肚子火
