Our party of 6 had good service and delicious food. We were happy the music wasn’t too loud so we could enjoy our conversations. And since it was a Monday it wasn’t too crowded. We were seated right away. Loved the 30% off appetizers and wine!

We were there during Happy Hour, which all apps and drinks are 30% off. The nachos and wings were very good! So were the drinks! Highly recommend!

Got there right at the end of happy hour but was able to get an app and drinks! Always appreciated Huge space!! Clean, nice vibes! I got the Umami 2.0 burger and I still can’t explain the sauce…it wasn’t bad, interesting and different than anything I’ve had. Lots of things I’d try on the menu so I may be back or we will see if the add a location to the Northland!

2 of 5 orders were wrong and took a long time to fix. Drinks sat on bar for over 10 mins and we had to track down server to get them. Server started off great then got distracted and barely checked on us. New rewards program advertised but didn’t ask for our account at check out. This is our 5th time. 3 of 5 have had similar problems. We won’t go back. Unfortunate, the atmosphere is great.

Jessica gave us outstanding service. Justin was very helpful also. Food was at best, fair, with the Very Berry salad getting rated as the best looking of the six meals we had at the table. Having to sit at a high top table was very frustrating for 4 of the six in our group. Considering we made reservation at least 10 days prior you would have thought we might have had priority. Overall 7 out of ten rating with the service from Jessi and Justin keeping it from a five rating.

I went to 30Hop in Merriam on August 28th. The restaurant was very busy and I'm glad my friends already had a table or else we would have waited a long time without reservations. I ordered two appetizers: Dynamite Shrimp and Beer-Ria Taco egg rolls that were flavorful. Our server was attentive and checked on us multiple times. I will definitely return to 30Hop due to the satisfactory food and great customer service.

Our overall experience was excellent! The service was great, our server was very attentive, the food and drinks delicious. We will go back to try out other menu items.
