Firstly Colby at the bar was amazing!! Suggested a drink which was like one we use to have but love the new one he suggested!! The service from the 2 male staff delivering food we simply rude and disgusting towards our table. we had ordered through the QR Code at the table. We had asked a lovely lady short Spanish looking amazing smile and hospitality if she can look for our order as it had been over 45 minutessince we ordered. this is when we found out our order got given to the table beside us without realising by Bailey. we overheard ealier The ladies who got our order one of them kept asking if it had shrimp in the meal cause she ordered one that didn't and we over heard him say this is what you ordered to your table. Gabriel came over with the ladies actual meals and gave it to them not caring that they had pur meals. Gabriel came back 5 mins later with our meals. We had said thats not our order as there was not extra shrimp or chilli and not extra cheese on top, he spoke down to us with attitude saying this is your order and tried to put it on our table. we gave it back to him and said it is not our order take it back and bring the correct one. he kept saying this is your order like we didn't know what we ordered.he was rude and down right disgusting to us.

Had issues with service. One of the dishes arrived quite a bit later with no apology. The rest of the table didn't know whether to start or not. Waiters dropped off drinks very abruptly. Disappointed with Pollo pizza. Have always used shredded chicken but this time came with little cubes of chicken and did not taste anywhere near as nice. This is my favourite and hope it is not always like this. It actually felt stingy. We usually love it hear but first time has been disappointing for the reasons above.

The female toilets were absolutely disgusting looked like the had not been cleaned in weeks pretty poor effort when your spending over 200$ on food between the 6 of us The music was far too loud and upstairs was a hot box The bruschetta was terrible no feta no balsamic glaze no onion all things that make but proper bruschetta the tomato was soggy (coming from an Italian)

Had a great team lunch and I appreciate the team at Albert Lane for taking the orders on the phone and saving our time to order. The food was delicious and the service was amazing!

Booking Process good, however there was 14 of us, food came out separately so some of the party had finished eating before the others even got their food

Upon arrival waited at the entrance for about 10min. Found my reserved table and sat down. Ordered our drinks and starters which arrived after our main meals arrived and we had to ask for our drinks as they were yet to be delivered. Pizza was lacking in all aspects especially the cheese and toppings it was pretty much the base, sauce and not much else. Very disappointed with our experience and will not be back.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating as we arrived 30min early with three children. The ordering process was standard. We decided to order from the barcode on the table as the staff were hard to spot. Overall, the food was very hot and hearty. The spicey cocktail was made to perfection. Bar staff switched on and generous.

The food was phenomenal and I highly recommend the salami pizza. Staff were very pleasant, but never came to check in on our table. The menu said we could order via QR code or with a server, but a server never came. This meant my questions related to the menu went unanswered and I changed my order accordingly.

Food came out quick, was hot and hit the spot. Drink were disappointing. The sprite tastes like soda water and when I finally found someone to ask, they said the machine probably ran out of flavour. They eventually brought another one. The mocktails didn't taste quite right (probably also made with soda water instead of lemonade). My cocktail tasted very bland. Again, probably made with the soda water because the machine has run out, but I also couldn't taste a drop of alcohol in it. And for the price of the drinks,I expected better service.
