    Outstanding place, beautifully clean, staff. Incredible. The only downside was the food wasn’t very hot. Would definitely recommend though.!!

    It was a really great day, a lot of fun. The chicken was a little dry and a fish option instead of the vegetarian risotto would have been better. Perhaps highlighting the fashion competition a little more when sending the initial invites may get more people participating.

    A great place overlooking Bondi beach. Fantastic for our large group booking. Quite a noisy environment so if you’re after somewhere intimate I wouldn’t t recommend. For us it was great!

    I guess it's all about reality meeting expectations. As a Kiwi Returned Services Member, I'd heard good things about Aussie RSL clubs, and thought I'd go to one in my recent visit to Sydney. Using the website, I queried whether my NZ credentials allowed me to visit, but didn't hear anything back by email for three days. I did then book in my family for a meal, and we duly arrived at the venue a day or so later. I thought the ID check for each of us at the door was a bit over the top. We made our way into the bar and dining area and were met by a throng of people and a wall of sound. Not knowing the process of getting a table I asked a barman who tried to find our pre-booked table only to find it occupied. These good folk were 'shooed' away with apologies and we were seated. We ordered our meals and these arrived after quite some time, understandably because of the crowds. The food was fair to good, but not great. My battered fish was crisp, hot and delicious and served with a small pottle of tartare sauce, but the accompanying chips were too few and not chunky; the green salad was fresh and tasty, but why no dressing on it? Our ladies both had the seafood chowder which was a bit thin for a chowder, but did have chunks of seafood in it. My son had the Chicken Parmigiana - no complaints from him. We each had a beer, there was plenty of choice, no complaints. However, the noise was overwhelming and we had to yell at each other to be heard. We left as soon as our meal was finished. As a Saturday night venue, clearly the club is a great place for young people to meet up before going on to a party or a nightclub, but for us older folks could the club think about providing a smaller room for quiet dining? or is this already there and we just didn't know about it. Yes, I recommend the club if you're a young raver, you'll have a great time.

    The food was fabulous, but on the RSL higher price side... the views incomparable, and for us, the low level of noiwse was particularly appealing. Service could have been better, but.... we did what we could training the young staff who were very well intentioned but untrained.

    My wife and I had some friends down Saturday and we all had an amazing time, food was amazing, we had 5 kids all together and they loved the food and it is so nice to go out to a pub/ restaurant with kids and relax.

    Always enjoy going to this RSL but service was quite bad this time. The buzzer for our food never went off so our food waited at the pickup counter for ages and was cold. No apologies from the staff when we informed them about the faulty buzzer and our ice cold food that was the result. I know it’s not exactly a Hatted restaurant but this was very poor.

    I brought some friends from NZ and they loved it, the food, atmosphere and the staff are fantastic. I come there regularly with my wife and 2 kids and we have lovely time there. I always recommend it if I know my friends and people I know are going to Bondi for the day.

    I got a parma, overall the cheese ontop looked bad it hadn’t fully melted, and the entire topping fell off as i was cutting into it. the schnitzel was extremely dry and flavourless.

    It is a very welcoming place especially with kids. Kids were able to play without the awkward looks from others. We enjoyed a great night. The service is great too with friendly staff.

    It is ridiculous that we needed to queue at the Bar to get to our table. We waited 15mins. Then We find people at our table because the reservation sign doesn’t state a time for the reservation so a family has settled in. We have to share a table with them because they won’t move - very pleasant NOT. The food was great, the venue was too noisy to have a decent conversation and not an appropriate venue for families. Won’t recommend it and won’t come back which is a shame because we like supporting RSLs. It’s more a sports bar than an RSL club.

    If you're just having drinks, it's ok, but don't bother eating there. The food is terrible. Tasteless and ingredients stated on the menu were missing. Eg. Chips missing aioli; caesar salad missing anchovies & dressing; lamb skewers was tough, overcooked and didn't taste fresh. Prices were high considering the poor quality food.
