Attention to detail can be seen in this beautiful 20,000 sq. ft., restaurant where sprawling timber meets natural stonewalls, accents of glass showcase fire-and-water features in this luxe lodge. While all levels feature the same menu, the main dining room has a more sophisticated ambiance and Rafters on the second floor has a more casual lodge appeal. Descend to the lower level to find the secret passage that takes you to the wine cave, and Thirty 3, a speakeasy-style bar and lounge. Dine al fresco on our outdoor terraces offering spectacular views of the Pyramid Mountains. Most importantly, we want you to feel at home where our hospitality is second to none.

Considering the times.... things were amazing. Staff and management were the best. Deff coming back even if things continue to be closed down.
This is always our go to place to celebrate anything special! The outdoor seating had great ambience and did not feel crowded. Food was amazing as always and service even better.
Jade (one of the managers) was awesome! My son didn't like his dish and she took care of it with grace and speed.
Food was excellent! Cola ribeye was delicious as well as the carrot cake! Pricey but nice portions .
We had a lovely time on our first out of house dining experience where we splurged. We started off with the crispy rock shrimp appetizer which was yummy. For our entree, we had a porterhouse for two, cauliflower side dish and the lobster mashed potatoes. Almost cleaned plates. The steak was really tender and tasty with our choice of light and refreshing chimichurri sauce. The lobster mashed potatoes were really excellent. We had a nice Cabernet Sauvignon and bottled pellegrino. We felt comfortable spaced out on the lowest level under a tent looking at the train tracks. Just a little bit with the hot sun glaring at us, but otherwise was a great experience with great service including the serving of porterhouse for two on our plates. Definitely indulge this establishment with a hefty appetite and social distancing.
The outdoor dining was comfortable and felt safe from virus contagion.
I originally booked 6 people for 7:15 on Friday July 3- my birthday. The restaurant called and said the reservation was for 2 people . Eventually we were able to get a table for
8 pm ..This was my second visit and both times my steak was under cooked. The staff did send it back to the kitchen. The prices are fair .
Another exceptional dinner service as usual. Live this place!
I am absolutely appalled by the service and hospitality presented by this so called fine dining establishment. I understand we are in a pandemic, and respect service staff more than anything in the world due to the fact that I am a culinary school graduate, but this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life. I have come here 3 times post lockdown, and the service has just gotten worse every time. Tonight was my last straw, and I will never be coming here again. The bar “manager” Bill was one of the worst managers I’ve ever encountered and did nothing to mediate the situation. As a member of the hospitality industry, this restaurant should be ASHAMED to consider themselves at the caliber they think they are. From the dirty dishes, to the unreasonable small portion of ONE crab cake for $16 I cannot even begin to start with my distaste for this horrid place. And to top it all off, my card did not even read for its chip at the end of the night, and I was forced to use my debit card with a strip. Some horrible things occurred tonight and honestly gave me more anxiety than it was enjoyable. Besides the food being somewhat decent, I would never recommend this place to anyone going forward and hope there is a serious consideration for how horrible my experience was.
First time out in three months due to COVID19 for me and my family. We had a fantastic meal and everything was great.
Even though it was indicated when I made the reservation that it was our anniversary, there was no acknowledgement of it. In other restaurants that we have been to in years past, they have.
This place is phenomenal! The stake my boyfriend ordered was cooked to perfection and the salmon was delicious! I will definitely come back and I have recommended it to all of my friends.
With COVID going on they did a fantastic job. We had the best waitress ever and the food was still incredible as always. My wife enjoyed her birthday dinner, that’s for sure. I had a great cowboy steak and she had the lobster. Love this place as always.
Fantastic meal, lots of safe outdoor seating, staff excellent with cleaning.
Had dinner with an another couple at the outdoor patio. Food quality, quantity and service were all excellent. Only criticism is that the chairs were not very comfortable and it was hard to carry on a conversation because of the acoustics. felt like we were in an echo chamber.
We love this place but the food was not that good as usual. I had the Chilean Seabass and it was a tiny piece. My husband ordered the T-bone and it was tough. The service was excellent and they did take the steak off of our bill and bought us a round of drinks so they did make good for our issues. We will definitely go back as this could have just been a hiccup with dealing with just reopening from the pandemic.
Delicious food and great service!
Rails did a great job adhering to COVID restrictions. Workers all had on masks and gloves, tables were six feet apart. Food was excellent as usual.
We were so excited to finally dine out as a family and once again Rails did not disappoint! Upon arrival we were seated immediately. The waitress used humor, as we were outside and a thunderstorm was brewing, and made us laugh. Our drinks were brought out in a timely fashion, we listened to the specials and then ordered. The delivery of the apps and entrees were perfect and we were checked in on throughout our dining experience. As a family we love the food here and we usually stick to our favorites but I truly feel everything is amazing. That night the fig arugula flat bread was a hit as well as the lamp chops....new for us. I did not make it to the dessert round but the rain held off. It is always a fun experience for us as a family.
First dinner out since “lockdown “
disappointing - but this place has been terrific - undercooked steak - like warm lamb - just not what I was accustomed too. I will chalk it up to just getting its bearings straight with the pandemic - but for an Anniversary dinner - well below par
Our first time out since the madness began. They've done a really good job setting up a nice area. Looking forward to the day masks are no longer required on the employees, too. Great, friendly service with attention to detail and the food here is phenomenal.
First date night after quarantine and they did not disappoint. The space in the front seemed to close for my liking but luckily for us they seated us downstairs in the back and the spacing was excellent. All staff wore masks making it feel safe. The staff as always was delightful and friendly. The food well we don’t travel 30 min for nothing. The food was as amazing if not more delicious than the last time we had it. We each got steaks(different cuts) with lobster absolutely done right. Sides of asparagus and lobbyists masked buttery potatoes divine!! As you can see we did not hold back. We made sure that it was all we dreamt of and more at our favorite restaurant. Thank you to the staff and management for making this unique trip safe and delicious.
Absolutely perfect. Wonderful service, delicious food and attentive staff.
Rails is fantastic! I have always had superb food and service but tonight was especially great because they are doing a fantastic job with outside dining. The tuna tartare is my absolute favorite. Enjoy a lite meal with yummy salads and apps or a delicious steak with the best sides! The potatoes hashbrowns/pancake and the butter cake dessert are also other favs. So lucky to have Rails nearby :).
Great service and great food!
The outdoor dining on the Terrace was fabulous. Given the circumstances of COVID-19, Rails did a great job in providing a safe and wonderful dining experience.
Was disappointed in the quality of the steak. Received a very tough piece of meat and it wasn’t cooked properly. Having been to some of the best steakhouses in the area, my expectations are rather high. The rest of the food was decent...sides, salads, dessert, etc...
For the price I’m paying for a NY strip, the quality of the meat should have been much better
Wow, what a great spot! A total gem, food was wonderful and service was great. Outside dining made it easy during this tough time to support this wonderful business! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back!!
This restaurant was lovely!!! We started with excellent service and then our server began to fade and there was gaps of space between the courses. We will return given how impeccable the atmosphere was during the pandemic season.
We love Rails for the ambience and great food for years, especially Happy Hour and the delicious appetizers. Friday was disappointing with warm beer, and food that was not temperature hot and below average. We spent $150.00 for below average appetizers and dinners.
They did what they could to keep people distanced and safe. The service was slow - puzzling since only about 2/3rds of the tables were full. Our waiter must have been new - forgot our drinks, forgot condiments, didnt give me a steak knife, didn’t check back with us...pretty bad considering the prices. We opted not to have desert and coffee as we were dissatisfied.
Food was mediocre and exceedingly salty. Average, not much better than a middle of the road steakhouse.
Not what I expected as Rails has been good in the past.
Fabulous and the food was amazing !!
This was our first visit to Rails. Had a great experience. The summer squash appetizer was delicious as well as the shrimp. My salmon was cooked to perfection and was served nicely over asparagus. The ribeye steak could have used salt and was slightly overcooked on one side. The drinks were tasty and were well recommended by our waiter.
Always beautiful ambience, delicious food n great service!
We have enjoyed Rails takeout many times
We were excited to be able to finally be served in the outdoor seating
The food was excellent and service the same
Rails will continue to be our go to restaurant when guests are visiting
Everything was GREAT.
The Covid-19 setup is a little over-exposed to the sun and we were seated extremely close to a large fan that was later moved. The food was great but these things detracted from an otherwise delightful meal.
We had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated and when we were brought to our table, it wasn't ready. The waitress filled water glasses and described specials but didn't ask to take a drink order. We didn't see her for another 10 minutes and the restaurant was only half full, if that. We ordered mussels for an appetizer and they were so small and many of the shells were empty. Clearly overcooked and not the best quality to begin with. The steaks and sea bass my wife ordered met expectations by the dining experience took 2 hours and service not up to par as well as the appetizer. Disappointing experience.
We had a few hiccups but Jade the manager made it all right! TY for that.....food was really good and the desserts even better!
