Nice location - The view is not the best in town - I will try another place next times - I haven't appreciate the regards from the staff on my boyfriend and me as if we were not from the same level...
👎🏻 Initially they said I could only pay cash (ridiculous). Afterwards they charged me incorrectly. Poor service.
👍🏻 Ambience and food are worth it
I was with friends and very exited. it was my first visit there and it was my b/day.
First impression was the very loud music 8:30pm. Second was the draft and coldness.
Then we sat and had our dinner but we could not have a desserts because we were rushed out because the table had to be vacated fir the next booked slot. Very unpleasant experience when you really want to sit and celebrate and spent your money. I will not go there again for dinner and would not recommend it to anybody to go dining.
There are probably better rooftop bars in London. Service was kinda sketchy and I paid about 17£ per drink which is the most you’ll see in London. Very pricey.
Amazing location but not very welcoming. Glamorous but an instagram institution rather than somewhere elegant and relaxing.
Would be beneficial if names of key landmarks/tall buildings were known or signage available to indicate which would add to experience.
We had a breakfast reservation and from the moment we arrived we knew it woukd be a great experience.
The staff catered for all of our requests and service was excellent.
The breakfast was definatley one of the best i have had.
I have no hesitations in returning to try all of the other menues.
Amazing view, amazing service, amazing drinks and food. Overall amazing!
Please note I did not eat here.
So it's not the most easiest place to find from the street but once inside it is a nice trendy bar and £7 a pint is what you expect to pay however it's not a pint that you get. In fact it's just over half a pint of beer for £7 bit of a rip off, put us off eating so probably won't be coming back
All in all food and venue were good, service could of been better.
The staff were SO rude and not at all attentive. My friend and I booked for dinner here and got stuck on a tiny little pod with a table big enough for drinks. We were literally escorted there and left for a good 20 minutes before I could catch someone a attention and ask what was going on. The man who was hosting explained there had been a mix up and that they had no other tables. In the end he told us we either wait until another table comes available or try to eat eat there. No apology at all just basically told we had no option. We were stuck, it’s a busy Saturday night so we wouldn’t be able to get in to eat anywhere else that’s half decent so we decided to stay and wait for something better. Within about 10 minutes of our conversation a table outside became free, although it was not much better we took it as it was a little better than what we had. We asked if we can get a drink and some food and one of the waitresses huffed and said ‘ I’ll get someone to serve you in a minute I’m busy’ her attitude infuriated me. The food (when it finally arrived - 1 hour and 30 mins after entering the venue) was OK - just OK.
All in all I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ve been for drinks in the summer many times and it’s marginally better but usually due to the weather and it being a roof top bar. There’s so many better restaurants/bars to go than this poncey place and I will never return.
Great venue, views and atmosphere are excellent.
Service and choice of drinks and food is great.
£15 for a very small bowl of berries was extortion. They were a small cup sized and only consisted strawberries and raspberries
Overall was a good place
Great first time experience and will definitely be returning. Drinks a little expensive, but food well priced.
Lovely buzzing environment and if a clear day, a fabulous view.
Been here many many times before, I arranged to meet a couple who had flown in from the US and thought that this would be perfect to show off the London skyline.
The staff were generally very good but just too slow in their service. We ordered food and it came on time and looked great. Two of us had Caesar salad and both hound it “gritty” is was obvious that the lettuce had not been correctly washed and cleaned, but we were given the excuse that the dressing had courser ingredients which was the issue!!
I’m sorry but if they had just apologised then that would have been ok, but to offer an excuse which basically said I am stupid is just unforgivable.
Booked this for a treat for my nieces 30th birthday.... I knew it was expensive but felt it was worth it for a special occasion. Wouldn’t normally write a poor review however this was overall a very disappointing experience and felt for what we paid, terribly let down. Took 45 mins to take a food order (of which we had to ask for) got my order wrong (twice) and mediocre to say the least. Service was not what I would expect and definitely wouldn’t not go again. Wish I hadn’t ignored recommendations to avoid - which were due to disappointing service. Overall incredibly overpriced and bad service which for such a great location is such a shame.
Great food and nice chilled atmosphere! Perfect for a treat breakfast. Service was a little slow to start with but they were very apologetic and made up for it during the rest of our visit.
Costly for the quality of food and drink, service wasn't great.
Fabulous service, food, comfortable sofas & tables and the view is remarkable!!!
I will be back!!
Spectacular view went with my girlfriend for breakfast the food was superb , staff was really friendly the manager was very helpful highly recommend!
Had a really nice experience last weekend at the rooftop with my friends for my birthday. Lovely staff- Monica, and a gentleman (who brought my cake) + other lady (I asked her name at reception but sorry I forgot lol ) were really nice to me. Monica changed my table within 20mins to accommodate my last minute influx of guests from 7-13 and was very patient with our numerous demands.
Awesome experience, I’m not a foodie hence can’t really say much about the food. Though my friends said food was a 3 star... but experience and atmosphere was 10/10 for sure. Highly recommend this place and I’ll also be returning...
Disappointed that I booked an outside table and never got one, food was good
Nice place but over priced for what it is and the service was poor. We waited 25 minutes before being served and were told to leave the table before being given the bill.
This would have been a glowing review but when we were greeted we were asked to provide a credit card as security. Not a great start!
The venue is great, the views are good. The service is friendly and we had a good time.
However, at the end my card was declined twice. I rang my bank at the time and they confirmed that the transaction had not been presented.
The waitress confirmed it was their fault and it happens fairly regularly. Embarrassing after the initial mistrust and not in keeping with a classy establishment.
We've booked a table for 3pm and arrived on time. First nobody talked to us regarding our table, then finally we were told (very unfriendly) that the table is not ready and we have to wait. At 3.10pm we could finally sit at our table and we were informed that we only have 1.15h left until we have to leave (NOT OUR FAULT THAT YOU ARE NOT READY!). We then would have liked to order immediately since the time was restricted but nobody came for another 10min to take our order, which is why we left.
Really really terrible staff and service, it was a huge disappointment!!!!
Unfortunately, myself and my friends were very disappointed. The service was terrible from the moment you walk in. They brought us the wrong food, then didn't manage to get the correct order to us until two of us has already finished. They also tried to charge us for their mistakes.
The food was mediocre and not as described. The pancakes were almost definitely kingsmill toaster pancakes.
The decor was tired.
The view was good though.
Beautiful venue, poor management, poor service, only positive was they charged my phone for me. No recommendations on drinks, card asked for to create a tab when I'd already booked a table which was odd. Dirty tables, unset tables and for a Friday evening the staff seemed extremely relaxed, lacking leadership and far to comfortable
We arrived and was placed on a deck it was very cold and told them we travelled from US. We had to ask 4 times before we were moved indoors. We asked for our drinks 40 minutes after ordering them. The waiter left and went on break and we just sat there. My friend talked with the management and we finally was moved Indoirs. Beautiful space, cold on the deck, poor service, food not great. Disappointing.
The management tried to assist at the end, I am grateful but will Never return. I heard St John's Restaurant in London was Excellent. That was my first choice.
With your credit card taken from you before you even receive a drink and then you are asked to leave (1.5 hour table time)before you are ready despite spending a fortune (£50 minimum spend pp), there are much better places to go to!
I would only recommend to someone who would enjoy the noise, enjoy sitting at a table not designed for eating at, enjoy house music and who doesn’t mind waiting ages to be served, not knowing if you have been noticed by the staff or just ignored. Food was good and average price for London.
The cocktails & Food was poor quality and overpriced
View is incredible, food is fine, service is atrocious and offensive.
I was really disappointed going to Radio Rooftop. The service was shocking we had to wait 30 minutes to receive our drink we had ordered it was a really hot day and we was in the sun so we was getting thirsty. The meal was okay, they didn’t ask if we would like any additional sauces.
We had to wait a while for our bill to arrive, the waitress had already put the amount in the card machine including the 12.5% service charge without even asking if we wanted to leave the service charge. As it was really poor service I would not of left the full amount if I had the choice. I have since tried to complain but didn’t get anywhere.
Beautiful view and surroundings, friendly and efficient staff. Food was lovely too. Would definitely recommend for a lovely London treat!
Great place, vibe is amazing, cocktails were phenomenal. Only thing I’d change is the price was a bit high considering the service was very slow, and we were nearly charged for something we didn’t get!
The chicken was pink and raw
The staff were rude and I ordered food and they didn't bring anything out, I had to ask a few times for the food and they said they can't do a leaving dessert for my friend when I spoke to someone on the day in the afternoon and they said they could...the waiter said he is not able to...after telling him a few times he finally agreed to do it. I don't understand why notes were left and he didn't want to follow instructions. I wouldn't go back here or recommend. We are really upset as it was our friends leaving party.
Firstly we was seated by the smoking area, neither myself or my partner smoke. When asked to be moved we was told there was no other tables available. Then they turned on the lighting for the smoking area which are floodlights, we was sitting in the only place where the lights were shining in our faces, not very nice at all.
Our table was booked for 7:30 and at 10 we was asked to leave as the table we was at was booked for another couple at 10. We still had drinks to finish.
Food was average at best, considering the cost.
Our bill was £250 and for the service and experience we recieved this was sub par.
Totally dissatisfied and disappointed.
decor exquisite on arrival the concierge showed us to the lift and when we entered the rooftop your hit with a beautifully fragranced airy space, with plush design detail. The view is spectacular; service a bit sporadic they were very slow providing our menus, as Saturday is busy ! The only downside is the food not great but your really there for the experience
Over priced, wishy washy weak cocktails and banging noise they call music! I went to this bar over 3 years ago and I remember it to be a lot better than what we experienced just recently! Not a great outcome for my wife's birthday pre-dinner drinks. Glad we got out of there within the hour. The hype is unfounded. The views are still good of course, they couldn't possibly screw that one up :)
