   This was our first time dining at RA Sushi Bar, and it was a great experience. I took my wife and kids here for Mother’s Day, and she thoroughly enjoyed it.

   We've been to RA a few years ago it was amazing. We last night sushi was not good. Alot of fake crab. The place was not clean service slow. We will not be going back. Save your money

   A little dirty inside abs smelled a little like a wet wash cloth but our waiter/bartender was really wonderful! Drinks we amazing and food was good. We had a nice time.

   They are truly short staffed and it shows. Service was extremely slow, our food took forever to come. Even the host was confused as to when we could sit even with us making a reservation. They ran out of linens, our meal was lack luster at best once it finally came. We did alert the manager and she was very kind and understanding. She handled it as best she could, however I have no desire to return for quite some time.

    Dirty. The whole restaurant is dirty. Even the bathroom sink faucet was broken(physically detached from the sink). This place has gone down significantly. Sad to see.

    The food is tasty and the prices are good, however, it took an inordinate amount of time for me to get some of my food. I hope they fix their potential kitchen staffing issues. They should also work on friendlier disposition from staff and a cleaner upkeep of the place, generally. There's been times when there's trash on the floor.

    Friday night dinner. Baltimore is starting to open up more with the weather breaking. This night was a busy one, however, food came out with the right temperature & tasted amazing. Drinks were well prepared. 5 drinks, 4 sushi rolls, bill was around 130. Not too bad for the night. Still one of my favorite sushi spots.

    I’ve been to RA several times and while it’s hit or miss, I’ve never had such a terrible experience here before. We arrived at 11, seated right away, we were not greeted until 11:30pm and got our water @ 11:57. Our server was no where to be found, ever. Other staff were taking care of our needs. After speaking with management who did not offer any compensation for our displeasure, took our drink orders. The food was absolutely delicious, as always. At checkout, our server Dyllon brought over a mobile device to take care of our check. We decided to split down the middle. My associates card went through no problem. My card was showing an error message and was authorized 4 times. Resulting in an overdraft 😒 After the manager checked she told me that the transactions did not go through and assured me my funds would be available on Monday. Due to my experience she also stated that I was no longer responsible for my half of the bill. I did take her card as well as my receipt should I need proof on Monday. I love RA and I want y’all to do better. Several people walked out during our meeting and that can’t be good.

    Our waiter was very slow. Took along time to return to the table. He was pleasant. We was seated at 10:30 didn’t get food until 1 hr later and they never brought one of our entrees to the table at all. I guess they forgot. I come to Ra sushi all the time and I’ve never experienced such poor service

    Service was very slow, hosts never told us it was paperless menu so we sat for 15 minutes before the server come over to greet us. Before that another sever dropped off waters to us because they where leftovers from another table that didn't want them. We ordered sushi while we looked at the menu. Between that the the next corse was 30 minutes. Then when the mains came out one one did......there was two of us. So we had to ask for our other food.....and food wasn't hot......got it taken off the bill....but it took 20 minutes to get that after the server never came back.......I dont think I will come back to this location. Very disappointing

    Everything was really nice. The food was good the non-alcoholic fruit drinks were terific. The only complaint is you have to train your staff to get anything off customers table you don't go over top their food or drink to get it. But the waitress did tell us the young lady was a trainee.

    The service was not up to par. It took so long for me to get my food that another waiter who felt bad gave me a second order in fear that my food wouldn't make it in time (Which I greatly appreciated). I have definitely had better hibachi food and it was really salty. The sushi was decent but not mind blowing. The casamigos passion fruit margarita was very tasty though. I would not be in a hurry to go back.

    Our waiter in the bar seating section was great, but the food was terrible. My husband got the udon with shrimp and there were literally 5 little shrimp in the dish. The drinks took forever and were watery once we received them.

    Casual girls night out and the sushi was great. The drinks left more to be desired, but the server was well informed about the menu and made great suggestions. There were minor mishaps like no cups for soy sauce, but the experience was good. I will be back.

    Although the food was good the service was absolutely horrible. We weren’t greeted at our table for about 10 minutes. Once we were it was from the manager. She brought our drinks and took our appetizer order. The actual server brought the appetizer and asked for our entree order which we gave and I also asked for a refill of my sprite. 10 minutes later no sprite refill. I finally got her attention to ask for a sprite refill again and it took 5 minutes to do so. The server later brings our entrees and just drops them off without asking if we need anything else, which we did. 5 minutes later the server asks how everything is and I explain my entree was not correct and she takes it away to correct it but still my husband had a request for a sauce but she was already gone. So he’s still not able to enjoy his meal. 10-15 minutes later the manager brings over the corrected entree. Overall, we are glad the food was tasty but the service was horrible. Not sure that I would go back.
