Chef Lee brings his 27 years experience to our kitchen and creates a mix of sushi and innovative Izakaya inspired dishes using carefully sourced local ingredients. Sharing is caring in the tradition of Asian dining, so we encourage a tapas style dining experience whether you are a group of two or twenty.
Zushi is fully licensed and offers an exciting list of cocktails for those who have worked up a thirst. We also love sharing our passion for sake, beer and wines to match your meal.

The best sushi vibe in Sydney. Super chilled, superb produce and the smiliest team in town. I frequent Zushi in Surry Hills with my family and friends and it's my go-to establishment for business lunches and dinners in Barangaroo and I know several other businesses who feel the same way.
Good honest food. Well prepared and fresh ingredients Tasty menu although it needs some changes The service is attentive and not intrusive. Great for any occasion

$55 for the banquet is a great deal. Fresh and delicious. Upstairs has a nice ambience and is a little quieter, great for small groups.

food was not good. wagyu roll was disgusting. zushi barangaroo is way better but surry hills was disapointing. sashimi was too thin

Amazing place to eat at!! My fav was the duck breast - can never fault it. Only con was the wait time in between the courses as I had the tasting menu and went in a larger group but nothing to major to be annoyed about

Delicious food but a bit expensive. Service is great.
Great place for a date night or small group of friends. Food was very tasty and nicely presented with decent portion sizes that meant you didn't leave hungry. Cocktails were delicious! Pretty good value for money and highly recommended to try their tasting menu but we did order extra entrees as we couldn't resist...salmon tacos are to die for!

I am a frequent visitor to Zushi. I have high expectations of the meal and never disappointed. For the first time I ordered one of the banquets simply for ease of ordering...I was very pleasantly surprised. I’m sure I’ll be back very soon.
Really tasty fresh quality sushi. Good menu range for a low key place. Vibe was good. Service great. Good value for money
It is a very ambient place. Good service and the staff are there to help if there's any complications. Food was splendid that night and the taste courses lets you taste everything. The prawns are definitely the best in my opinion, so we ordered more and it ended the night very well. Would go there again for other dishes

excellent sushi rolls, nigiri and salads. dress code is anything 1 couple seen wearing gym gear not “business casual” as per reservation email.
