Ziziki's - Preston Forest
First time to this restaurant, and most definitely will go back. The food and service were excellent. Loved it!!!!
This was a good place to go for conversation. Our server was so good at giving us time to talk and not intrusive.
This is a favorite restaurant and one we frequent often. The food and friendly service is great. Don't forget to get the dessert, Baklava Ice Cream cake.
First time at this location. The brunch buffet was fabulous: Food was tasty and attractively prepared. Bottomless Mimosas, yes! Service was personalized and attentive. Music not too loud. Definitely memorable and recommended.
I was genuinely blown away by the food!
I am a long-time Chef, Restaurant & Bar GM, and Luxury Hotel Operations Director, so giving this type of glowing feedback is not only somewhat rare, but more importantly, is very well deserved.
The entire experience was on point. The service, ever- present, but not over-bearing. My server made great recommendations, was sincere and honest, and quickly earned my trust, and therefore my patronage.
Again, the food was impressive; the portion size, the freshness, the sophisticated plating, the layers of flavor, the timeliness of the courses, I cannot think of a single hiccup. The Sunday Brunch with free Mimosas was extremely well-executed, and you could tell that much love had gone into the preparation, display, and replenishment.
The shaved lamb (all natural and free range) Gyro was something to take note of, to write home about, to go to Ziziki’s for!!!
Kudos to the entire team! Well done!!
LOVED the Ziziki bread, goat cheese cakes and lamb lolly-pops. The service was outstanding. But the calimari was very below par and chardonnays by the glass were limited.
Great food and service. Received a complimentary slice of delicious mousse cake for my birthday 😊
First time for Sunday brunch.....delicious! Food choices plentiful, fresh and tasty. Mimosas were perfect and service was stellar! We'll be back. Highly recommend
Good fresh ingredients, good recipes for Greek classics. The service was friendly and VERY competent. Some of us had the moussaka which was tasty but also tasted like it had been made days ahead and reheated. The Greek salad had the odd inclusion of a spring salad mix. The watermelon in the special salad wasn't ripe. The restaurant felt like it was not up to the standards of the original when it opened many years ago.
One of our old favorites was disappointing this time. Fried calamari app was just warm and the batter had little flavor. The olives were way overly salty and not really edible. Wine by the glass was overpriced for the labels/quality. Service was OK, but we did not feel special.
Always delicious food prepared to perfection and great service
We live in Calif, but no visit would be complete without eating at this restaurant. Love their food.
Excellent place. One of my favorite places for healthy Mediterranean food
Fathers Day 2019 Brunch was a huge disappointment and surprise since Ziziki's is my favorite Greek go-to.
I think the kitchen focus was output due to crowd. Greek dishes were not good , but I will try again for a possible 5 rating on my next visit without guests.
What's happened to our beloved Ziziki's?! You must have changed suppliers for your yogurt because your Ziziki sauce isn't delicious anymore!! Normally we can't stop eating the roasted potatoes and Z sauce but this time the potatoes were almost burnt and had no flavoring on them and the sauce tasted like the only flavor was garlic without all your normal herbs! This used to be one of our go-to places with our extended family. Unfortunately we've now crossed you off the list
All was great, other than the screaming kids!
Wonderful as always. 👍
Another very enjoyable family meal together. We also enjoy the delicious food and the service is always very good- there when you need it but definitely not hovering and very friendly.
Great food and wonderful service.
Hostess was unbelievably rude. Didn't greet us, just stared at me with a crappy look until I spoke. She also didn't understand why seating 5 at a table for 4 was not okay, even though I had a reservation for 5 that I made weeks ago. Luckily for the restaurant, one person canceled last-minute so we got a 4-top and they didn't have to worry about seating 5 of us comfortably... since obviously that was an inconvenience.
We then sat for 10 minutes with no one coming to our table. It took me getting up and asking if drink service was offered during the brunch buffet for someone to come help us.
Food was okay to good. Highlights: lemon cod, artichoke hummus, eggs with feta, tomato, and basil, lamb meatballs, and all the smoked salmon I could eat, even if it was cheap and chewy. Middle of the road: drunken mushrooms, cold white pasta, and greek salad that I could put together myself. Lowlights: the "bagels" were Thomas mini bagels and not actual bagels like I was expecting. Spanakopita was strangely sour and very off-putting. Chicken souvlaki was dryyyyyyy. So dry. The bottom of the lamb souvlaki bin was overcooked dry meat. Mimosas were served in giant wine glasses and have very very little alcohol. It just tasted like OJ.
Also, huge point of note: don't list things on your website that you don't actually have. The brunch menu on the website says it includes red pasta and grilled fish with red sauce. I can forgive the latter being absent because the cod (funny enough, not listed) was so good. But the menu also says it includes "Chef Made to Order Omelet Station (variety of toppings)." This is not true. My husband and my mother and I were all very much looking forward to this, but the Preston location does not have it. So disappointing. This needs to be taken off the site.
For $25 per person, I expected much higher quality. Can't say we will return.
Went for the brunch so good, no omelets because of Mother’s Day but that’s ok.
Great new find for a business traveler from Florida. Delicious spanikopita.
Excellent as always, Food is good; service was excellent; and ambience was very nice.
Great food! We enjoyed it but the service was very very slow, although they charged us 18% for it being a large party.
Always a treat from the service to the wine to the food. Had wonderful Mahi Mahi. Love this place.
Great salads and fish entrees and Good Greek food
Had a great time but couldnt hear anyone at my table for the noise. The food/service as always is excellent!
This brunch is the best deal. Not too much and the food is fantastic!!
Wonderful light lunch. Hadn’t been in years. Wonderful service with quiet low key atmosphere. Definitely returning soon
Food was great, neighboring patrons, not so much. We enjoyed the lamb meatloaf and "fried cheese" and both were excellent. Regretfully, there was a large party by us that had tweens and they ran around, left the door open, were loud, bumped chairs. So the experience could have been better and I realize the restaurant cannot control the behavior of the patrons! Good food.
Perfectly good and reliable neighborhood restaurant. Recommended.
Always just perfect!! We dine hear all the time. The best brunch on Sunday too.
We loved our 1st time experience here. We are from a more rural area and were wanting our gyro fix. I highly recommend the trip dip appetizer. The artichoke hummus was outstanding. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. At the end she brought out a complimentary dessert since she knew it was our first time. That wowed us!! Will definitely be back when we are back in town.
I love this place. Always great food and service. One of my favorite places.
We always enjoy the great food and service at Zizikis.
Loved it as always. Food was superb.
Birthday celebration for dear friend.
Good food at good prices. The restaurant has a fine dining feel but also offers items that don't have fine dining prices. Our table enjoyed our meal and the service. It's a great neighborhood find.
