    We had a sensational experience at Zinc. The service was hands down the best we’ve had in Port Douglas, with the waiter particularly attentive to our children and making modifications to fit our various needs. The food was outstanding and the cocktails delicious. Highly recommended.

    I recommend the Sashimi to start off with , just perfect And my partner had the crab for entree . Both dishes couldn’t be faulted . We also ordered the Barramundi as a main in a coconut curry not overpowering , just delicious The skin was perfectly crisp too We both enjoyed our meal and have booked to go again .

    Fantastic food. The pork belly melted in your mouth. The cocktails were delicious. Great wine list, great service.

    The best food we had in Port Douglas. The steak tartare was by far the best we have ever eaten. The prawn and eye fillet were delicious and everyone else enjoyed the mains and dessert of brownie and cheesecake!

    Food was delicious, expensive though. Service good, white curtains near windows need to be taken down and washed, they are very dusty and dirty.

    We celebrated my mum's 80th Birthday with a group of 10 adults. I must say the service was a little slow they gave my sister her meal and We all had to wait until we got ours but she had finished hers well and truly before we got ours the waiter gave the main to my sister instead of another table. Other than that we all enjoyed our cocktail followed by our delicious entrees and mains followed by mum cake thanks to (hummingbird cakes ) it was delicious. Thanks for making mums birthday memorable

    Very disappointed with most of our night. Firstly, we were charged for bottles of still water. Secondly, the ceviche and scallops had no flavour, no seasoning and were just bland. Tiny servings also. Thirdly, the children's pastas were not even big enough to feed a 1 year old. She was still hungry. We also had 11 year olds with us who had to have more dinner when we got home. For $30 for a kids meal it is just unacceptable for them to leave hungry. Corona’s were served warm. Can say the prawn linguine was actually very nice and a decent serve. The mains were the highlight. Alcohol was reasonably priced. The food is just way overpriced for what you get. Quite a disappointing dinner all round unfortunately

    A very good experience all round. The food was outstanding and the ambience lovely. I especially appreciated how the tables were well spaced so that conversation wasn’t strained. Hope to return one day.
