   We went for dim sum lunch. It was fantastic! The food was great, as was the service. It was a weekday and we went early, so it was quite quiet but even when the tables filled up later it wasn't noisy. The ambience was good too. Great place for high-end dim sum, highly recommend.

   Everything was so good except the toilet door always remain open, and the table that we have been assigned has a direct visibility to the toilet bowl. I think this should be avoided, thanks.

   Experience was overall good. However, the food was incredibly mediocre. Good for halal high-end dim sum because quality of food is there. But taste is unfortunately not up to expectations, coupled with its pricing. There are other better halal dim sum restaurants in other hotels.

   It just doesn't value much, you would expect more for the price you paid. For the ingredients used, I expect much more flavourful notes, but it ended up fairly unmatched, eg. black truffle crystal dumpling. Nevertheless, service and ambience is top. Keep up the good work.

   they changed to Chinese New year menu where the dimsum is super limited, short of staff, only one floor staff to take orders, serve food and clean the tables for more than 10 tables of guests. Most of the tables have more than 3 guests and some with 8 guests. No attention given, no services given, food is just normal and some dish is such yucks, but with the price paid, with no service at all, it's definitely not worth the value.

   Celebrated my partner's birthday lunch with dim sum! The food here has never disappointed me. I will be going back there again for dim sum and the ala carte.

    Great ambience and nice food. Staffs are attentive and friendly except restaurant manager named Paulin (no respect to customers). Good service can save a bad meal, but there’s no level of food that can save bad service.

    For a halal restaurant I guess it's quite good. My experience is dim sum lunch. Mostly seafood based...uses a lot of big prawns. I find most dishes a wee bit on the salty side to my liking.

    Lobster (suppose to be the star dish) was overcooked. (Super chewy). Flavour profile of all d foods were the same. It all tasted the same, more or less.

    Love the ambience with beautiful interior. Spacious place too and felt comfort to dine in. Must order the wagyu beef siew mai, heard that is only served on weekend and selling in limited pieces. Staff is helpful and friendly.

    Would totally recommend this place to anyone. Was here with my wife to celebrate her birthday. Awesome view, great food, and superb service. Reasonably priced for the services, food and ambiance you are receiving. Simply outstanding!

    The moment you enter FSH, you’re transported to a different level of service. Food is yummy, my guest was happy and impressed. Only downside, pricey... so it’s only for special treats, at least for me ;)
