Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort
We had a lovely meal at the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club. The value for money was fantastic. The meal was great.
We did have to queue for awhile before order due to it being a busy time of the evening.
The wait time for the meal was good but our soup entrees were forgotten and therefore we had both soup and main served at the same time. This was our only issue for the evening.
All in all a great experience and we will be back.
the people using the mic should be aware of voice projection. The sound control should be constantly reviewed to make adjustments to the sound levels. We were sitting in the willow room and the sound was deafening. I was happy it only lasted for half an hour.
Just beautiful outdoor seating overlooking the golf greens. Reminded me of the dirty dancing movie at Kellermans!
We waited 1.5hrs for food, it was extremely busy but there was no communication about wait time! All they needed to say when we ordered was an approximate wait time & we wouldn’t have been disappointed as we understood it was busy! Also too noisy with band we couldn’t even talk but as soon as we asked to move they were accommodating even though it was busy!
On provision that it was not in a peak period. The food was good but with lots and lots of people we waited about an hour for mains
very nice club friendly courteous staff but roast lunch disappointing meat was so dry an rock hard spuds have had the roast several times before an its been delicious but this was not
The carvery had a good choice of meat and veggies, but the vegetables could have been hotter. They were all luke warm as was the gravy. Service was good for other people on the table, and they enjoyed their meals.
Sad to say this club has gone backwards flys all over the windows and the male toilets were disgraceful. Food ordinary at best and major mix ups with food orders. Staff just not interested.
Food and table service excellent. Food ordering only fair due to immurturity of staff which led to confusion of roast carvery ordering, otherwise a good experience on the whole. Will definitely come again.
Very busy bistro. Pays to book ahead. Food great, well priced and service with a smile.
We were seated to close to the kitchen which was very noisy, the chef was yelling at the waitresses and ringing the bell incessantly.
Our entrees were served nice and fast to the table, these were of a high quality, except for a soup which was served in a black plastic bowl.
Unfortunately when it came to our mains the vegetables were cold and there was no consistently in meal portions.
We dined with a group of 11 people for a birthday, when we asked the waitress to follow up a missing meal we watched the chef tell her to “learn to do her job properly”.
Meal quality has declined since our last visit.
We had roast dinner and enjoyed the meal menu was limited with same old same old combination
Booking a table via website is not intuitive suggest a dining tag be placed on home page. Once booked everything went smoothly. Service was efficient and friendly with food wait time being reasonable.
My wife and I had a steak 🥩 which was exceptionally good
Beautiful meal for steak night which is great value for money. Polite and helpful staff. Always a pleasant experience at the golf club and most importantly very welcoming of families with young children.
Also desserts very yummy and home made. Thank you
Poor menu choice does not appear to change at all in months
