Amazing dinner! Went to celebrate a birthday, chose the tasting menu with paired wines. SO delicious! The chef delivered some of the courses himself, and the cards describing each course were charming. The food was incredible! So many incredible touches, from the plankton-based shell for a tartlet to the ode to iberico ham with the empanadas. The sauce for the duck course was plate-licking worthy, and the desserts were delicate and delicious. The sommelier was excellent and gave very good descriptions of the pairings. Overall, totally worth every penny for an incredible experience!

All aspects of dining at outstanding restaurants were superb! Service starting with Gustavo and TJ and Polin were terrific! Service was great! Wine pairings were almost perfect! And, of course the food was simply world-class! My favorites were the prawn and duck! Let’s not forget the ambience; bold and open and very well lighted by skylights! Overall, Elizabeth and I very much enjoyed her Mother’s Day dinner at Xiquet!

My wife and I celebrated her birthday at Xiquet, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. From the warm welcome to the final bite, everything felt deeply personal and expertly executed. Chef Danny Lledó’s tasting menu is a stunning tribute to modern Valencian cuisine — refined, creative, and absolutely delicious. Highlights included the Fruit de Mar, with scallop mosaic, uni, and caviar, and the Arrós del Llagosta, a luxurious paella with Maine lobster and beluga caviar. The dry-aged squab (Colomí) was deeply flavorful, and the Ibèric Solomillo was perfectly tender. Each dish felt like a meaningful step in a thoughtfully paced journey. We opted for the Premium Wine Pairing, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Eleven world-class selections — including Krug and rare Spanish wines — elevated each course with surprising harmony. The sommelier’s explanations added depth without pretension, making the pairing feel like an experience all its own. Service was polished, warm, and intuitive — the kind that anticipates your needs without being overbearing. Desserts, especially La Prima Vera Aquesta Aci, were whimsical and elegant, with the final mignardises wrapping the evening in sweetness and finesse. Xiquet turned a special occasion into an extraordinary memory.

This was an incredible experience, hilighting Valencian food and beautiful wine pairings! After our main savory courses we we're guided down to the after-dinner drink lounge, which was such a delicate, delightful finishing touch. Highly recommended!

We just had the pleasure of experiencing the tasting menu at Xiquet, and it was an unforgettable culinary journey. From the appetizers to the last little candies at the end was an exceptional experience The staff's warm hospitality made me feel instantly welcome. Each course was a work of art, showcasing the vibrant flavors of Valencia with a modern twist. The dishes were expertly prepared, highlighting the high-quality ingredients and the chef's meticulous attention to detail. The smoky notes from the wood-fired kitchen added a unique depth to the cuisine. The wine pairings were also exceptional, perfectly complementing each dish and enhancing the overall dining experience. Looking forward to come back soon. Thanks Xiquet team! Tom K

Came for the first time recently and was so impressed, I had to come back to try the new spring menu - and wow, it did not disappoint! Each course just kept getting better and better - creative, beautifully presented and full of flavor. And the wine pairings were spot on. The lamb is unexpectedly amazing - a standout and the Japanese wagyu was nothing short of spectacular. Chef Danny's attention to detail and genuine care for his diners really shows. The professionalism and warm hospitality was consistent each time, making the visit feel very special.
