Pedimos mesa en el salón lejos del bufett y nos la dieron justo enfrente del bufett, aún cuando había mesas vacías en el salón.
No me quede porque pedí en la reservación que la mesa estuviera en la terraza y me dijeron que no había lugar en la terraza y me tenían mesa en el interior pero el aire acondicionado estaba muy frío y no me quedé

Un lugar bastante desangelado, falto de ambiente y aburrido. La comida buena y el servicio bien a secas.
Es una lástima que teniendo tan buena cocina y la ubicación dentro de un hotel de tanto prestigio, el servicio sean tan pobre. Con los precios que cobran, deberían de tener más cuidado en cerciorarse de que el servicio sea excelente . Tampoco la decoración y la forma de montar las mesas son buenas.
A pesar de la buena comida, es un lugar que yo NO RECOMIENDO y tampoco regresaré.

The ambiance and service was exceptional and outstanding. The outdoor seating was great and quiet. Unfortunately the food was nothing to write home about, it was alright but not great and it was on the expensive side as expected.

Comida ambiciosa pero mal ejecutada, sabores que se opacas totalmente por tratar de modernizar platillos, un Chile en Nogada con un exceso de canela que no permitía disfrutarlo como se debe, y así en general la comida, sabores mal balanceados, el servicio normal, nada que resaltar, esperarías que en un lugar así al menos las terminales móviles para tarjetas funcionarán, no lo recomiendo a menos que estés hospedado en el mismo hotel y sea por conveniencia, el calor de precio calidad no tiene un balance aceptable definitivamente, a pesar de no ser un lugar caro.
