   I must be one of their biggest fans. Ive fallen in love with this place. The Food, Wine, Staff, surroundings are all outstanding. Special Shout out to Mark for going above and beyond with his customer service. Always look forward to returning.

   Solo wine tasting experience and visit to the book barn. Lovely wines, knowledgeable staff and tasty cheese platter. Gorgeous estate.

   We love Bendooley and usually cannot fault it, however on this day they were understaffed and our tasting took nearly 2 hours, with long breaks in-between each sample, we were on a time limit of 1 hour as we were told that is how long it would take. I think they were just over-run as it was the Easter weekend. They most definitely needed more than 2 people working the Cellar Door.

   An amazing experience! The staff offered excellent customer service! They were very friendly and helpful! The wines and food was of top quality and very tasty. The view of the vineyard was spectacular. Would definitely visit this winery again and recommend to other people! This is the Southern Highlands best-kept secret!

    All I can say is out of 10 the wine is 6. It used to be 3 but theres a little bit of improvement there. The service is OK! The wine tasting was super rushed. Online it says “Knowledgeable Staff”Not sure about that he only described the wine by the name, year, and flavour. Which it was already mentioned on the description. Also I put a note when I was booking it in but nothing happens. Oh well, what do you expect. It’s just all about the ambiance and the views but the wine I recommend “PEPPERGREEN ESTATE” and “CHERRY TREE HILL” they were the real educational wine expert experience not Bendooley Estate.

    Overall good atmosphere and wines. One thing I did not enjoy was the server’s/waiter’s attitude (Indian heritage) He was unenthusiastic and impatient. His performance doesnt inspire customers to purchase more from the cellar door. His pour for the wine tasting among 4x customers on the same table was uneven in volume. Customer service could be better.

    Took the missus for her birthday. We had a nice lunch food was not amazing but definitely yummy and will fill your stomachs. We also went wine tasting, that was worth every dollar and more. Service for both was excellent, I can't praise it more.

    It was great! The server was knowledgeable on the tasting notes however didn’t give details on the styles of grapes and growing etc. location was amazing and the venue was so nicely arranged.

    Possibly the most impersonal wine tasting experience I’ve encountered and I’ve been to most wine regions in Australia and numerous overseas. We paid $10 to taste 4 wines, from a selected list of either whites, reds or premium so we couldn’t even choose 4 from the menu of 12. They were all poured at once and sat in front of us at our table with very little explanation and no ability to ask questions. We struggled to even find one that we liked amongst the 12 we tried (3 people so had one list each). Would never recommend or come again.

    Bendooley's is always wodnerful. Starting with wine tasting was a good idea, as we could relax and then decide which wine we should continue drinking at lunch. We were in the cellar for lunch, plenty of natural light and space between tables. We ordered the pesto pumpkin feta pine nuts pizza to share, followed by the mushroom entre and eggplant main. Both dishes had middle eastern touches, both were delicious!

    We had a lovely day wine tasting followed by lunch. Both were great value for money and very tasty. Our hostess was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend. I’ll definitely be back again.

    I arrived at 1:50pm and had booked a reservation at 2pm prior to coming. They made me wait until 2:15pm and only after I came and asked for the table for the 2nd time. Another couple arrived after me and was given a table before me, so I don’t understand how this reservation works. I expect a table if I had made a reservation. I don’t think I will be coming back.

    Overall the experience was very good. There were times that the service was slow - in that it took too long in between two wines being tasted. There were also times when it was too quick in between glasses so some of my companions had to quickly gulp down what remained of the previous serving. This could have been due to how busy the day was, the speed of service wasn't too big of an issue but it was enough that my companions complained a little. One of my companions also wasn't able to hear any of the wine descriptions at all. The ambient noise drowned out our server's voice which he couldn't hear from the end of our table.
