Had an amazing meal in the most beautiful setting. The lamb shoulder just fell off the bone and was so tasty. We loved the share dishes, giving us the opportunity to try new dishes. The quality and service was outstanding and the wills domain wines were the perfect accompaniment. Just wish we lived closer. Highly recommended.
Great food in a beautiful setting. The lamb shoulder was fantastic! Really enjoyed our experience.
One of the most memorable dining experiences I've had. Not to be missed.
Lovely wines, fantastic view, great service and tasty menu. We decided to forgo the tasting menu and ordered a la carte, so as to get exactly what we wanted. The potato skins and intercostals were very good. We didn't leave hungry but we ordered plenty!
Kingfish was fairly average and poorly dressed
Lamb was flavourless but that may be might daily having it medium rather than rare
Partner loved Gnocchi and Marron
Lovely ambience and setting. Great wines. Disappointed in the pork, a little dry but the salmon was the best I've had. Marron - way too much sauce. Dessert menu very disappointing. Berries were still frozen on fig dessert. Some improvement on the menu and this would be a great place to recommend.
This restaurant has a beautifull view over rolling hills from the shaded outdoor eating area. There is comfortable spave betweenthe tables. The staff are attentive and helpful without being intrusive.
The food was fantastic - every dish was delicious. We plan to go there again.
This is a seriously good restaurant. From the start the building just is marvelous. The greeting and the introduction to the menu by the waiter was great.
A very small but wonderfully chosen menu featured local produce, and it was hard to choose what to eat. We went with a slow cooked lamb shoulder for two.
This was the best lamb I have ever had. And for the first time in my (59 year) life I requested a take away bag for the meal, as it was huge. And just too good to leave.
We eat out often, have been in many fine restaurant. This lunch was not cheap, but was actually great value. Everything I hoped for and more.
Well plated and good quality food. Wine pairing was fabulous. Value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed the food passionately prepared by the chef.
Beautiful setting and some lovely art for sale too. Going on a Tuesday obviously not too busy, so service on point. Prefer to visit venues on quieter days. The Will’s Domain Chardonnay swayed our red drinking companion to include this for future consumption. The food was expertly plated and the sauces were divine.
Got married here 5 years ago and come back every year for our anniversary for lunch. Have never been disappointed with a meal or wine. Love this winery!
Great food & wine. Wine tasting was excellent. Amazing view & ambience
Amazing view and fantastic service on a public holiday. Also very accommodating of our dietary requirements and our 5 month old baby - delicious food and wine with a 5 star view, what more could be asked for (except Almond Milk for our coffee!)
It is always a pleasure visiting this winery. Every time we return for a meal, the food has always been delicious. This time, the lamb shoulder for two was the highlight. It was well worth the drive to this lovely location, have a lazy meal over a couple of glasses of champers and wine. To avoid disappointment, make sure you book!
Our experience was enhanced by our waiter Giordano! Good banter!
I have enjoyed a lot of degustation dining, however Wills Domain is the most delicious degustation I have ever had !
Most romantic setting overlooking expansive vineyard. Tasting menu had a surprising number of really creative “snacks” to begin with, followed by very impressive array of dishes that pleases both the eye, nose and palate
This is a beautiful restaurant in a stunning location. A great place to catch up with friends and enjoy a lazy lunch over a chilled bottle of local wine. There’s something special about dining here and looking over the vineyards where the grapes for your wine were grown. The food is fresh and the menu imaginative. A truly great experience. Well worth a visit.
We had my husbands birthday lunch here on the Australia Day weekend . View is spectacular and the food was great. I had the poached prawn entree and the arkady lamb rump which were cooked to perfection. My husband had the stracciatella and tomato entree and the gnocchi - also both very delicious. A glass of the Wills Domain bubbles finished it off very well. We were both too full to have desserts. We were seated outside on the very edge of the patio under a sail shade and it was quite overcast, but I got quite sunburnt, so beware if you do not like getting sunburn while lunching, ask to sit under the roof area which is full shade.
Fantastic spot . Wonderful food , wonderful view and wonderful wine. Service was average which didn't help the day !!
Food, service, wine and view were spectacular!!
We did the feast share style menu and all the food was divine. Us little piggys then went on to order dessert and we were not disappointed!! The snickers dessert was so amazing.
Amazing Winery, well done! Wine tasting, food and view we just perfect.
Our second visit here and did not disappoint. Food is spot on, the view is amazing and the wait staff are lovely! We have gone with the set menu both visits and have been very impressed with the food. Kid friendly also! Thanks again for a lovely lunch.
We had the chef’s special menu and enjoyed not knowing what was coming. Lovely dishes. Had wine by the glass, semillion and reserve Shiraz. Both wines excellent.
A lovely venue that offers beautiful food and wine
The food was amazing. Well presented, time enough between courses. Really interesting textures & flavours in th food. Service was friendly, but not intrusive, overall a great restaurant experience!
After numerous recommendations we tried this restaurant on our recent trip to Margaret River. It did not disappoint! Fantastic restaurant with a great view. Attentive service and great food.
Good food (local fresh produce) and service. Loved the kids play area. The view is spectacular.
The only gripe was the potato gems. Don't agree with the huge chunks of potato that seemed to be deep fried 5 times before served.
Wills Domain is without a doubt one of the gems of WA's South West. The stunning location, attractive modern design, professional and courteous service and brilliant food and wine all made for a memorable lunch.
Great wines. Fab food. Excellent service. Wonderful scenery. An amazing anniversary experience.
We enjoyed a degustation on Thursday 20/12/2017. The whole experience was outstanding. The pace of each course, a nice touch of been served by the chef matching wines if you choose, this venue would have to be the best dining experience in the region.
An amazing lunch for a special occasion - my wife's 40th. Everything about the day was perfect - the food, the wine, the location and the service. Thank you!
We had lunch as our son was back from Houston for two weeks. We shared charcuterie and potato scallops for entre. Main meals were trout, lamb shoulder, pork belly, steak. Potato gems and runner beans for sides. Not sure what the chef has against the humble potato but he murdered both potato dishes. How can you do ??? Did not pay for the “gems” as gems they were not. Runner beans over dressed. Steak and lamb well rested to point of being presented cold. That said they were well cooked. Trout and pork belly were good. Seems to me chef is more into artifice than allowing great fresh ingredients to shine.
Had the feast menu and enjoyed every aspect of the experience. We also had an excellent wine choice recommended by our waitress
Very friendly and professional staff. Steve in wine tasting was very knowledgeable and Tom in the restaurant was professional and made us very welcome. The young German waitress was a real treat. Well done all round. The food and wine were outstanding.
My husband and I recently enjoyed a delightful lunch at Wills Domain - celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary.
Both of us have a garlic intolerance which can so often spoil our eating out experiences.
After mentioning this in the on line booking form we were very kindly accommodated. the chef was prepared to adjust all but 2 of the dishes on the menu. We both really appreciated this and as a result felt we could relax and enjoy the delight of browsing a menu and enjoying the delicious food.
Altogether a great experience - thank you.
Mike and Marjolijn
Food and service was excellent
Hot day but no air conditioning
Excellent food and wine! The Playground is also good for the kids !
The feast set menu was a treat! Lots of yummy, well thought out dishes. Incredible setting, rivalling other famous Margaret River venues. One of our favourites when down south.
We enjoyed our dining experience at Wills Domain with beautiful views of the winery. The food we ordered was delicious and the snickers dessert was to die for. The service was efficient and very friendly. We will definitely be back to Wills Domain again.
