Wild Thyme London
My daughter and I went to Wild Thyme to celebrate my birthday on Thursday. I thought the service was great and the young man very helpful. The food was lovely and we really enjoyed it. The ambience was good with little candles on each table. My only two suggestions would be to make the portion sizes a little bigger. I ordered the Cauliflower Bowl which was very yummy and the Prawns but as there were only three prawns in a portion I had to order a second portion as I was still hungry after both dishes. Also I would add some cocktail choices and some mocktails to the menu. Overall I thought the place lovely and I would definitely go again.
Excellent restaurant, food and service, Essentially its plates of starters each tasting better than the last. And the wine from Transylvania is delicious
Very good dining experience. Would recommend. Good food and friendly and efficient service
Fantastic food and great value. We will be back!
If you're in West London you must give Wild Thyme a visit. They serve a spectacular brunch, and the owners are absolutely lovely. Don't forget to book!
Probably one of the best breakfasts you can get in west london. Excellent menu, delicious food, friendly staff.
Great dinner with changing menus- amazing!
Favourite brunch spot in London, so lucky it’s only down the road!
Lovely, peaceful haven in a busy area. Nice variety of food beautifully presented.
Nice little restaurant.
Just off the main road so very quiet and relaxing. Food was good but would have preferred proper main course rather than small plates. Friendly, attentive waiter.
Perfect meeting spot for a pre-concert get together at Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Vegetarians and meat eaters were all well catered for with wide choice of small plates of imaginative and well-executed food.
Wonderful venue for weekend breakfasts. Staff are lovely and attentive. French Toast with raspberry coulis is delicious. Very generous sides portions. The space is cosy and welcoming; it also showcases local artists artwork. It gets full weekend mornings so be sure to get there early.
Brilliant food, service and atmosphere. I will keep coming back!
Fantastic tasty brunch at a reasonable price. The venue has a lovely cosy feel, yet you are not on top of other people. Service was amazing and my daughter was advised she may be ordering more than she could eat. 2 fab French toasts, rather than one. She took the advice and glad she did, as she couldn’t finish one. The portions are very generous. Short walk to Westfield if you want to do something after. Highly recommended
We had such a lovely time at this place. The service was phenomenal and the ambience was incredibly nice. The food was very good and nicely displayed. The best thing was the coziness I felt while being there.
It is slightly far for me to pop by just for coffee but I am definitely keeping this place in mind for another time.
My husband and I traveled from the City of London to try this restaurant as on Yelp, TripAdvisor, and OpenTable since it has great reviews. It did not disappoint, we each had breakfast and two mimosas. I have the Vegan Breakfast while my husband has the Wild and Thyme and he mentioned that it raised the bar on the English breakfast as the one he has the day prior didn’t satisfy him.
I recommend traveling to find this hidden gem and enjoy the cute ambiance and delicious food!
It is a lovely little restaurant tucked away just off the main street with a nice interior. Perfect for brunch or any meal, really, with great service and food. I intend on eating there again in the near future and would recommend this to all.
First time here, with friends and kids. Lovely food - tasty and well presented. Nice ambience and decor.
Great food, friendly service and lovely decor. The savoury French toast was the best!
Hidden gem. Great food, great service; lovely surroundings. Couldn’t fault it.
Great food and service! Can’t wait to go back.
The food was amazing. The food was freshly made and very well made. My husband got the French toast, which I stole a piece of, it was delicious! It was just sweet enough without being overly sweet. Then I had the avocado toast. It was fantastic. The fresh avocados, the poached eggs, and I got a side of bacon.
To top it all off, the restaurant owner was great as well. He was really nice and made us feel at home. He was willing to chat with us about our trip, where we were from, etc. This place is 5 stars on TripAdvisor for very good reasons. I definitely recommend it.
Thanks Alex and Lucia for your wonderful food and hospitality!
Wonderful experience! The tapas style dishes were absolutely delicious. Every dish we tried was better than we imagined. I even reordered one of them ( the tempura prawns), because I could not get enough. I highly recommend the Faberge egg dish.
The service was friendly and professional. So far ( 3 days in London) and this is still the best resto ever!
A wonderful cafe that was highly recommended and did not disappoint. Alex was the perfect host and made our rare treat of a day off the ever more enjoyable! Will be back again x
Pleasant. Relaxing, v friendly, great food, excellent coffee. Will definitely visit again next time we’re in the area.
Great food medium price but for quality very reasonable - staff nice lovely cafe/restaurant with outside space if weather is nice - def give it a try and book a table ahead
Very tasty food and warm, friendly service. It is one of those big taste, small plates places though so value for money is there but dining here is unlikely to get you full. Nevertheless, it has a lovely atmosphere and I would definitely revisit. Highly recommended for dates!
Wonderful experience. Food was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone
This place is around the corner from our house and I can’t believe it has taken us so long to try it out as the food is amazing, the people who run it genuinely lovely & it’s not that pricey.
What can I say this could well be my new favorite West London eatery.
Will definitely be returning again soon.
Wasn't our first visit and won't be our last! Delicious food, friendly staff, a really relaxed atmosphere. Overall an excellent dining experience. The small plates format gives you the chance to try a range of brilliant dishes.
A great little place that I will definitely be visiting again! Really charming little cafe, with delicious and very reasonably priced food. The little garden looked lovely too.
First time and we had both, the vegetarian and vegan breakfast. Fast service and the staff owners make the service exceptional. It's like a hidden Gem everyone needs to visit.
Best place for breakfast, brunch and dinner. Amazing food, top quality, well presented. Helpfil staff, cozy place, warm environment. A gem!
Excellent food, very high quality for the price! Great service too - Shepherd's Bush's hidden secret!
Charming low key place run by couple who make interesting delicious food with real care. Excellent
This was our first visit to Wild /thyme and it certainly will not be our last as we found the whole experience very enjoyable. As there was only 24+ covers it made for a really pleasant ambience. The staff were most attentive and really helpful. There was a good selection of tapas options and sufficient for vegetarians. There possibly could have been a few more wine options but this was a minor issue. In terms of value for money we felt that it was good considering the size of portions. So all in all a really pleasing experience and one we will be bringing our friends to.
Food was fantastic, service excellent and a really nice place to be. Coffee was top notch. I’d definitely go again.
Quite simply - the best brunch I've ever had. Do yourself a favour and go.
Every dish we ordered (it’s all tapas style at dinner) was expertly prepared and the atmosphere was welcoming and cosy. We especially loved the faberge egg dish and the octopus with aubergine. Can’t wait to go back and try their brunch!
