Good food and service
We were seated promptly and met with outstanding service the entire time. We took our children and found the kid's menu very reasonable. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. It is definitely on the pricier side for the style of food but so delicious and worth it.
Wild Ginger never disappoints. Attentive server, fabulous food and warm ambiance. One of our favorites.
Amazing flavours. Some portions on the small side but it worked out as good sharing plates.
The food was amazing and we had the best server. Our seats were kinds of far and tucked away - wished we were closer to the front. But overall experience was wonderful.
This was our first time at the new location and while we live the food we won’t be back. It’s a pricey meal and I want to be comfortable while dining. We were at a two top near the area the waitstaff comes and goes. Lots of traffic. When a couple was seated at the two top behind ours our chairs were so close neither of us could hang our jackets on our chairs and not bump into each other. Nothing about the table made us want to stay for a second drink or dessert...really just wanted to leave the cramped, busy, noisy place.
Love the food and have loved dining at the Seattle and the prior Bellevue locations.
Wild Ginger never disappoints. I travel to this location a few times a year and always make it a point to have dinner here. The location is always busy, the service is always great and the food is so good.
This was first visit and I really enjoyed it. Service was great and the food was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. I will be back.
Great place to get together with a group for a birthday celebration. WG was very accommodating of our group (9 people + a baby). Service was excellent, good experience!
We asked for a wheel chair accessible table in a quieter section if possible and they provided exactly what we requested. The server was friendly and attentive and the food came out in a reasonable time. Unfortunately most dishes we’re quite bland and the Phad Thai was both very dry and tasteless. Unfortunately, all in I would have to say they are over priced and there is better food just down the street.
Birthday. Excellent service
Despite reservations we were seated in the cramped bar area. The chairs were uncomfortable and provided little back support. The window bench seat had no back support at all. Why not use the same chairs that the rest of the restaurant has? The service was friendly but food came out slow. The potstickers were way too thick and doughy. The butter chicken was tasty. The Naan bread was too thin and very greasy. We felt the meal was sub par and over priced. A big disappointment as we used to love Wild Ginger when it was at the Bravern.
The staff were very accommodating, polite and professional.
I have already recommended this restaurant to many who were looking for a place to eat.
Disappointed with quality of food this time compared to past dining experiences. Service was great.
It was an amazing experience for our first time! It was delicious and our shrimp order wasn’t what it was supposed to be so THEY recognized that and made another one for free. We wouldn’t have known never being there before. Will be back for sure!
Food as usual was great. The place was buzzing and a bit noisy but our server was great. She help fix up a tasty vegan option for my wife.
My food was tasty but I was disappointed from a value standpoint. I had Pad Thai with chicken, but the dish was mostly noodles - very little chicken! Service was friendly but a bit slow.
Great as usual!
Good food and with great company!
Usually Seattle is better for food, odd as that is. However, I write this review from Seattle WG a day after visiting Bellevue WG. The food in Bellevue was twice as flavorful, like WG was originally!
Popular restaurant. Food was decent but not the best Thai I have had. The cost for the dishes was reasonable.
I was there for lunch, and enjoyed my entree immensely! Our server was attentive the entire time, without being intrusive. This would be an excellent lunch choice for working people! They will have you in and out in a very timely manner
Great food; Asian fusion; fresh; very good. I would recommend.
Papaya salad tasted like hand soap. Was credited back so that was good. Eggplant in one dish was either completely soft or hard as a rock. One tofu dish literally only had 4 half pieces of tofu in the entire dish. Child’s chicken nuggets on the other hand was a huge serving.
Food was was terrific, as usual. Restaurant was so noisy, however, that we had trouble hearing individuals seated within two feet.
All the booths were filled despite having a reservation. We had to sit in traffic or in the bar. We chose the bar where service was slow, food even slower. I will not go here again.
This was our first visit to Wild Ginger. We had Filipe as our server. The service was poor at best. He was not attentive in the least and actually rude. We introduced our party of 4 upon his introduction at the table. He rolled his eyes as if we were a nuisance. I ordered the lobster and prawn dumpling soup as a starter which never arrived. My wife had the Green Curry Chicken which was very good. I had the Seafood Noodle dish that was a special which was lacking flavor. I am a big tipper and this is the first time in a very long time I can remember only tipping 10%. Thinking back at the service level it was too much. All in all not a good experience.
We sat down at 6:50pm and took our order fairly quickly and food arrived quickly but we were hardly checked on at all. It appeared that we were in this blackhole between the restaurant and bar (and we had reservations so we're just stuck there) and we had two servers who maybe didn't know who was taking care of us. We rarely were checked on and finally around 9:30pm completed our dinner and paid. It would have been fine if we were intentionally taking our time, but it was more like we were forgotten about and rarely being served. Very strange, especially which how quickly food arrived.
Very nice for a Birthday.
We went to Wild Ginger hoping to have the Laska soup that we had many years ago. This location did not have it on the menu. So we tried the Lobster Dumpling Soup which was a bit pricy for $15 for a single serving. Our waiter was excellent. He remembered our order and nothing was out of place. We had the dinner size Sea Bass, Bok Choy with only ginger, and the pork satay. They were very good. We don't care so much for garlic nor very spicy dishes, so we had to choose very carefully. The choices were perfect for us. We would go back again but probably not very soon as the dishes seemed mostly spicy or garlicky which don't care for. Again I'll say it again our waiter was outstanding. He checked on us regularly and he wasn't overbearing at all. Our drinks were never empty.
Disappointed by very limited menu. No where near as extensive as downtown Seattle or their former Belleview location.
The food was amazing & the black pepper scallops never disappoint!!!
Great value for price! A must go in Bellevue! Highly recommended
Good experience overall. Fast service for lunch
Work lunch
The food at Wild Ginger in Bellevue is just excellent. I would recommend them to my friends as the go to place in Bellevue to eat.
Great food and excellent service!
The service and the food were pretty good, but the wait time was kind of long and the portions were too small for me.
Excellent meal and service, as expected. Wild Ginger continues to be a fun restaurant to experience !
