It was so great I enjoyed the view the drinks the service was phenomenal the only downside was that was pretty cold maybe add more heater lamps. But overall we’re coming back especially for the brunch

Great outdoor space with views! They should space some of the tables further(at least 6ft) apart due to COVID-19.

A very nice atmosphere with a beautiful view of the water and city. The perfect location for date night. The drinks were great. The pizza is a must try if you’re from out of state.

Wedding Anniversary

I love the view! Great place for a delicious cocktail or glass of wine, and this is the first time we ordered a snack too (Flatbread/Pizza - Mmmmmm). Service was good, little chilly as the heater didn't seem to kick off much heat, but can't really complain too much about that as we were on a rooftop in the middle of December! Just a fun place/experience overall. Will be back again.

While the view and drinks were great; the food and a very small table made it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere. My friend and I ordered a pizza which arrived in a box that took up the entire table. I guess we were supposed to eat straight out of the box because our server looked at us weird when we asked for plates. I love the Canopy hotel but won’t be returning to Whiskey Charlie’s :-/

Shrimps cocktail was meh and not worth the $$$. The view as always is amazing though.

Nice environment & fairly price drinks. Food was awesome (best part of the night). Server took forever to bring our orders and rarely checked on us. At the end, we asked to have the bill split and we got we got charged twice. The restaurant is not answering our calls now.

The ambiance is nice. We had came here from dinner, so having to order a food item was a waste for us, but to comply we got the chips. It wasn’t too cool for a November evening. The heaters and fire pits worked well. The staff was nice.

Whiskey Charlie’s is definitely one of my favorite spots in my neighborhood! The view is incredible and the staff are always amazing! Especially the hostess Betty- she always goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone and makes dealing with out of town (sometimes not so nice) hotel guests look easy.

This is a really competitive spot to get a table in DC, but Betty was able to accommodate us immediately. She went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing evening. We will be back! Would definitely recommend.

We have frequently visited Whiskey Charlies and LOVED it. However after consuming our beverages we were notified we must purchase a food item per the covid rule, so we ordered 2 because thats totally fair. What I didnt appreciate was the fact that almost immediately following we were told we had 10 mins left on our reservation (2hrs). This normally makes plenty sense because its a very popular spot and seating tends to be limited. However on this occasion the bar patio was nearly empty, several empty tables and it was getting later into a "scool night" evening. My group paid our tab (not a cheap one either) and left gracefully but I didnt appreciate being pushed out for seemingly no real reason. In the future they should better communicate the terms of your visit and indicate the need to purchase food upon seating to reduce the confusion and not make people feel like they're milking the moment then moving you along.

They literally told me they gave my table to someone else because they were behind. After waiting in an awkward spot for 15 minutes, we ended up sitting at what's basically an end table: too small for food and drinks.

A terrific rooftop environment, with a glorious view and a pleasant space. Food is totally underwhelming and drinks were overpriced and only so-so.

Our party scheduled a reservation for 9pm and the table was not ready until 9:30. They accommodated well to the group and the service was great. I was just disappointed in the time from arrival to ordering drinks.

I have nothing but Good things to say. My reservation was originally set for 6:15pm. I would've been there on time. However, the parking garages were full. I called and informed them that I would be running late. They Were extremely polite about it. Betty in particular. She moved my reservation for us to 6:30. Since there was an open slot. She stated take your time and be careful. We got you. We got there at 6:36 and ended up with the best seat on the outside to take a few pics of the amazing view as the sun was going down. In addition to that our server (FeFe) was welcoming, engaging, and her recommendations for drinks were excellent. We both had 3. I will definitely make plans to go back.
