Wharf St. Distillery is a two-level distillery and casual dining venue. We serve fresh, seasonal and modern classics for lunch and dinner. Open from midday to late seven days a week, you can also come along for dink in our bar or try one of our gin-tasting paddles. We distil our own spirits on-premise and have the best wine and cocktail list on the coast.

Food was mostly ok but not worth those prices. Drinks were nice and good non alcoholic options. Great location and interiors create a nice vibe. Excellent service may have made it worth it but this was not the case.

Unfortunately the waiterst didn't inform us that oysters were unavailable until after we orded them, also the potatoes were undercooked and rock hard, the steak was nice and favourable but had a large uneatable amount of grissel in it, the broccoli was nice, the chicken and carrots were nice, even though my plate was still half full I was never asked about mt meal, also the prawns were not de veined, I did mention to the staff when we paid and they did say they would pass it on, Unfortunately as locals we probably won't be going again,as it's not the first time they have been underwhelming.

Everything was fabulous for our dinner at Wharf St. Alex who was our waitress was amazing and we could not fault her! We would definitely love to come back.

The Wharf is nice and clean.service to be seared was good. However the place is very noisy. The tables are far too close to each other , I had a man’s backside right in my face while eating my dinner . The meal was very tasteless. There idea of tipping on payment was a surprise. There is room for improvement.

We went for lunch the food was amazing I also had desert endless cocktails and music was playing really great service and great ambiance always a favourite restaurant of ours 👍

Highly recommend Wharf Distillery and restaurant in Forster. My wife and I started with beautiful cocktails then main meals. I had the pork ribeye,it was delicious the most tender cut I’ve had.My wife had the chicken and loved it. We finished with affogatos great night
