    The OpenTable booking was easy and our reserved table was as requested. It is a great scenic venue. The quality of our food ranged from acceptable to very good. However the service was erratic - the meals ordered by our party arrived separately over 20 minutes and one meal was not as ordered resulting in a further five minute delay, This resulted in one of those awkward situations where some members of our party were all but finished their meals before others could begin.

    Great venue for our family gathering. The online booking system was easy to navigate, the friendly service was excellent, special mention to the young lad Sam who looked after us :) Ordering our food was seamless and arrived in a timely manner plus excellent value. Thank you

    Food is always fabulous at West Beach Surf Life Saving Club! A heart felt thank you to Jordan for securing in cleaning the table I had booked from people who had tried to take it over. And thanks also to the team behind the scenes in the kitchen, the food was to die for. I had the roasted warm vegetable salad with salt and pepper squid add-on.

    The best part was the location and view, but the food was aweful. The open Greek Yiros plate tasted like boiled silverside. 2 of us got it and it is nothing like Yiros meat. Sloppy, grisly, over salty. The porterhouse steak is $39, but the cut we got was like I purchased it from Coles for $10. The kids pene pasta with Napoletana sauce was inedible. Cheap dolmeo pasta sauce which was so sweet it was like eating desert. On the website you promote chargrilled meat and open flame, but we saw none of that. A really disappointing meal to celebrate my 40th birthday and very unhappy guests.

    Absolutely fantastic service and ideal venue. Four different meals ordered which all arrived together and were terrific. Tables were clean and staff interaction friendly and courteous. I highly recommend one of the burger combinations or the daily special. We will return again soon with friends or family. Thank you West Beach Surf Life Saving Club.
