About this restaurant

Federico Tischler's Modern Latino concept, located in the heart of Coral Gables. This full-service restaurant offers a variety of Venezuelan and latin dishes, with a Miami touch. WellFed has a causal atmosphere with remarkably elevated cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday trough Saturday. It aims to use locally sourced and organic ingredients, with a variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Chef Tischler won the Armando Scannone Award by the Venezuelan Gastronomy Academy in 2018.
The array of menu items at WellFed showcases the variety of techniques and flavor combinations present in Venezuela national dishes and reflects the assortment of Latin American cuisines found in the South Florida community.
Our tequeños, croquettes, the Rompe Colchón, Lamb Shank and Stuffed Calamari are out of this world.
We are located in Miracle Mile, right across the street from Miracle Theater.
