VINIA Wine Bar

Delightful service, refined food and palate pleasing wine, all at a reasonable price - what else could you desire?

Our experience at VINIA was a great one in terms of service and atmosphere, however the issues we did have revolved around the food:

The charcuterie cheese board we ordered was OUTSTANDING as far as the majority of the items went, although we were disappointed with the pickles, as they were obviously jarred Vlasic or Mt. Olive brand pickles that you would expect at a Fourth of July cookout. Whether or not these were actually that type of pickle is immaterial, my point is you could not tell the difference.

In accompaniment with our charcuterie cheese board, we opted for the Azeitonas Marinadas, which were actually quite flavorful. The only suggestion I would make is to not serve them in the marinade in the glass, and to drain them first, as it is rather unappealing the more you eat.

The Ravioli Fatti a Mano had a consistency as though they had been frozen after being prepared. They were very tough and chewy, with a grittiness to the insides, which is common with food that has been frozen. This isn't about whether or not they had actually been frozen, I am not accusing, but the consistency was very reminiscent of ravioli I have had that has been frozen and reheated.

When it came to the Porc en Croûte de Cacao Épicé, it was actually almost too salty for us to eat. We were very excited to try this dish, but found the flavor to be lost in the saltiness. The dish has a lot of potential, and I would definitely try this again were it less salty.

Regarding the drink menu, this was actually a highlight, and rivals other similar, local establishments. Although billed as a wine bar, they had a very interesting Spanish lager, and even stock Pilsner Urquell, which I do not typically see very often, so it was nice to drink one while we enjoyed the low-key atmosphere. This was not during the time when there is live music, so if you are looking for an extremely quiet, intimate setting, you will want to go earlier in the evening on a day they may not have music scheduled.

Excellent food, amazing wine, great service and very friendly, we will for sure be back, exceeded expectations!!!

What a pleasant surprise Vinia was. The wine selection was slightly limited, however paired well with the dishes we had ordered. We went tapas style and what a treat that was, the dishes were delish and unique. The evening we went, we were treated with live music by a great singer and guitarist. What was even better, was the volume of the live music, the volume was perfect that we could still hear ourselves talk. Absolutely cannot wait to come back to Vinia! They did an amazing job all around!

VINIA is an absolutely amazing little spot in Winter Park that you should not miss! Their food is absolutely out of this world delicious and their wine options are next level. If you are looking for a perfect spot for date night, girls night or brunch you have found the right place. If you go for brunch don’t forget the bottomless mimosas and bellinis ;)

Absolutely loved the ambiance. The owners are incredibly nice and hands on. They truly have a gem of a place and I look forward to going back soon! The food was outstanding and the wine was exquisite! Kudos!

This place is amazing! We felt as if we were in someone's home. It was their first time serving brunch and we will definitely be back! Everything was delicious.

Nice atmosphere...we made a reservation but it was not needed. There was a small delay with drink orders. Would recommend for exceptional food.
