Terrible service. Waited forever to get drinks, our waiter was more interested in hitting on all the girls than serving our table. He waited so long to take our order, they had no fish options left on the menu. We had to get the manger involved. Been coming to this place since 2012, it’s gone down hill and I won’t ever go back. Save your money and go somewhere else! Probably why the place is empty on Thursday “Dinner Party” night.

Was very disappointed. Not at all what is portrayed on IG account. place was pretty much empty and server was rushing us for our orders. Drinks were brought wrong. Server had an attitude. Music and vibe was horrible. When I approached the manager to advise, he told me he would speak with a server. But I feel like maybe a drink or something should’ve been comped, especially since I was celebrating my birthday. Nor did he ever come by the table to make sure everything was OK after I spoke with him.

We regret that you felt your concerns were not adequately addressed by the manager. We understand that your birthday celebration should have been met with a more proactive approach, and we apologize that we did not offer a more suitable resolution at the time. We value your feedback, and we are committed to improving our service and atmosphere. We would like to have the opportunity to make amends. Please contact us directly so we can discuss how we can better address your concerns. Sincerely,

Not sure what happened to this place used to be so perfect! Service was slow waited 50 minutes to put in our dinner order so we skipped the steak so we don’t wait another 40 minutes. We got carpaccio which had 0 taste. And ravioli which was good but no truffle. We got filet that was overly sweet and fries also very dry. Server was no where to be found most of the night. Will not return which is sad we used to love this place.

Thanks for visiting us, Esti. We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at Villa Azur. It's disheartening to hear that we didn't meet your expectations, especially with the service you experienced. We take your comments about the steak and the carpaccio very seriously, and we're sorry that they didn't hit the mark. We're also sorry to hear that you found our server to be absent during your meal. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we regret that we fell short this time. We hope that you will reconsider and give us another chance to serve you better in the future. Best regards, The Management Team

I have dined there many times. It was always a great experience. But this experience couldn’t have been worse. I reserved outdoor seating they said cannot be guaranteed which is ridiculous for a special occasion. The service was horrible. They jacked up the cost of bottles. We ordered a glass of champagne. They lied saying it was a perriet jouet. But in fact it was mum. Complete disappointment
