Recommend this place for the vibe , food , drinks and rooftop .Loved it !!!
It was my birthday weekend, and my friends and I had such a wonderful time here!! The food for brunch (I got the enchiladas and my boyfriend got the Mexican poutine) was amazing! Everyone was super friendly & they gave us shots for my birthday! The dj came on around 1:30 or so and he did a great job! Highly recommend the blueberry coconut margarita as well. Thank you! We’ll definitely be back!!!
I loved this place and their food was amazing! I’ll def be coming back.
The food tasted great but it was too pricey for the amount and quality compared to equally good Mexican restaurants like El Centro in Hell’s Kitchen. Even though the waitress was very kind to us we felt rushed, she kept asking if we were done even though we were still eating. I don’t know why you ask on your website if there is a special occasion, because i specify it was a birthday and still didn’t get any special offerings. I had to ask the waitress for a cake. It would be nice that if you ask things like that for the host and waiter to be aware and make it somehow special.
The food portions were very small. My $15 quesadilla was thin, luke warm, and only about the size of half an average quesadilla. The $11 elote, is 1 ear of corn cut into thirds. And our $20 punch bowl was about 20oz of liquid with a lot of juice and a little alcohol. Our food came out quick but we waited 20 minute for our drink to come out and they were kind to offer us complimentary shots for the wait. However, since the food portions were so small, we ended up going out to a pub immediately after we left to get more food. All in all, the food was mediocre, the ambiance was interesting inside but the rooftop bar (which you can’t eat at our reserve for small parties) is MUCH smaller in person than in pictures. Save your money and spend it on better food, better prices and better ambiance and service.
This place is cute and the food was good. The drinks was also good. Would visit again.
The place and ambiance were great. Service was really bad waiters were very very rude.
The food and drinks were very good and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend the frozen margaritas, street corn, and fish tacos.
We were a group of 8 and went early on a Friday evening pre-show at the Neil Simon theater which was only 3 blocks away. The restaurant was packed. Very loud on the first floor, not quite as loud on the second floor. We had an excellent waiter who was attentive and engaging. The frozen margaritas were as advertised - very smooth. Tableside guac, chicken enchiladas, and cauliflower tacos were all very good. Didn't seem to be any heat in anything though.
Was a fun place
Restaurant didn't have reservation I made 2 weeks ago.
The food and service were excellent, but their reservation policy is intolerable. They only sit you if your entire party is there, otherwise they make you wait (even if you tell them that you’re ready to order for the people who are on their way).
The service was great, but the hostess was terrible I had just been here for lunch 2 weeks prior and had no issues. Today the hostess “greeted” us with a scowl and told us it was 21+. I replied that that is only after 4 and it is only 1:45. She then asked if we had a reservation. We did. Then she kept telling us about the age limit. We sat down after a bit if back and forth. When we were leaving at 2 she was also denying someone for being underage with her mom. I tried to help but I’m not sure it did anything. Beware with kids of any age other than over 21. On a positive note the food and servers are excellent!!!
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT , TACO PORTIONS WERE SMALL BUT VERY GOOD. DRINKS WERE REALLY GOOD (PRICEY) BUT BARTENDERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ENERGETIC. MUSIC WAS REALLY GOOD.
This place was fun. Wasn't the best boozy brunch in my opinion but it was enjoyable with a nice rooftop.
Food was excellent as well as service
It had good drinks and a very fun decor. Order an appetizer if you're hungry because the entrees are tiny! We ended up buying more food at our next stop.
Pretty cool place. Very nice looking. Drink menu leaves much to be desired but it was fun. Waitstaff was excellent.
It was hard to get the waiters’ attention here and there but I’d still be coming back, loved the vibe!
The food and atmosphere was phenomenal. The fact that the wait staff kept changing and I had to ask each of the three servers for ice before I received it was annoying. They were not busy just not paying attention.
I would definitely go back but I had to state my beef.
Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. My wife and I came in for a show and dinner, to me the best part was the dinner. Food was excellent, had the streak burrito as well as the EMPANADAS DE HONGO. The margaritas were on the money. The ambience was great very colorful. Can't wait to come back and hope the weather is better so we can eat on the roof top.
Great place in the city, if only the music was not as loud as it was (felt like a night club), it was impossible to keep the conversation going as you barely could hear a person across you. But the ambiance of the place was great, the food was ok, the service was amazing!
The atmosphere of this place is amazing, very young & energetic. I loved the colorful decor and art. The food was decent, we ordered a few small plates, they didn't blow me away though. I expect this place mostly focuses on their bar, which makes sense. We got a pitcher of margs and they were delicious and strong. We went here before going to a broadway show, it was the perfect location.
The restaurant was nice with a great rooftop deck. Our server was fine just not very friendly.
Fun colorful place with a cool vibe! Although the menu looks very casual, the food was quite good. The layout of the place is very hip and offers both young and old and great time!
It was Taco Tuesday and the restaurant was buzzing. The tacos were good, the rice and beans were great, and guacamole was very fresh. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Had a great time with going away party. I think waiter was having rough day but that happens, we all do.
Great spot - delicious tacos, starters and margaritas. Disappointed we couldn't do dinner on the rooftop - it was a gorgeous night. Fun, casual ambiance but loud and hard to hear others.

Server was dry and not friendly. He realized the group was not liking his vibe so he gave us shots on the house. There was a hair in the food and the meal was replaced but we still had to pay for it. Sushi tacos (came with 3 tacos) were bite sized and completely overpriced! Rooftop is for drinks only. The bar on the roof was only serving canned beer. We had to go up and down 2 flights of stairs to the main bar for drinks. The bartender at the main bar was chatting with 1 person for 10 minutes before taking our drink order. The rooftop was harshly lit and table umbrellas were open (it was 10pm) and covering the mural which is the beauty of the rooftop. There is no city view so the mural is the only view worth seeing. Inside the restaurant had great music and a dope vibe but you could barely hear the music on the rooftop and the vibe was more like a courtyard. I will not be gong back.
My friends and I loved the place, ambiance is very captivating. We had the Bluberry-Coconut Margarita and we couldn't just have one, so we went for the pitcher! Prices are very good. Would definitely go back!!
we had a late reservation for a group of 7, of which 2 lost their phones in an uber so we needed another 40 mins till everyone arrived and they were so accomodating on a friday night. the mushroom quesedilla was great, and the mule over mexico drink was delicious and refreshing. they have a dj and the volume goes up and lights go down at 10pm....which may lead you to just stick around and have a few more drinks after dinner.
Fun environment and decor! Lively energy and attentive service
The portion size are really small for the price. The alcohol is expensive as well. Draft beer is $9. I left hungry, but spent over $50 once I closed my tab. It’s a great party vibe, but definitely need to pregame elsewhere.
Previously had plans for it to be a large group dinner but ended up finding out those under 21 would not be admitted. Did not see this information on the website.
Great food, drinks and music! Loved the guacamole with pork belly and the blueberry coconut margarita. Very lively and overall fun spot. After dinner we went up to the rooftop but it is on the smaller side and it was packed. Will be back.
Excellent spot for lunch. Lunch specials offered however drinks specials not offered during this time. Wish they would have drinks specials daily outside happy hour.
At first we got a waiter that wasn’t friendly, barely communicated with us, and before even acknowledging us he took a very long time. Our appetizers and entrees all came out pretty much at the same time which we had to ask the manager to take the entrees away so that they wouldn’t get cold. Unfortunately one of the plates was crispy fish tacos, needless they were no longer crispy so we couldn’t really enjoy them. It was maybe mid service when this waitress started taking care of us and that made such a difference. She was very friendly and polite and engaging. After many shots and drinks later we asked for the bill, and she actually got us two free shots which was a nice lil touch.
The music was a little bit too loud. My dish, Duck Hash, was too salty, my personal opinion. Other than that everything was great.
