A refined dining experience that captures the essence of the Granite Belt. Enjoy seasonal menus, local produce and regional flavours, elevated by skilled chefs and perfectly paired wines.

Varias incorporates our Award Winning Varias Restaurant, Conference and Function Centre.

Our opening hours and times are as follows:
Morning Tea Menu – Tuesday to Saturday from 10am
Lunch Menu – Tuesday to Saturday – 11am – 3pm (last orders 2pm)
Dinner Menu – Friday & Saturday from 5.30pm (last orders 8pm)

Children’s Menu available.

In winter, dine in front of the fireplace or on warmer days enjoy dining on the deck overlooking the spring fed dam and vineyard.

Had a busines slunch and what a perfect setting. Beautiful vista out to the vinyards with an amzing beef rib dish and a glass of Banca Ridge Fiano. Thanks Erin and Taneisha for the excellent service. Gladly recommend if you need a pleasant and not too noisy location for a business lunch!!

The brunch menu was small but every item that was on it was tempting. I ordered the Huevos with toast which I could not fault. If you desire a high quality brunch in a great setting close to town with attentive wait staff, Varias won't disappoint you.

We had a lovely evening, for our anniversary dinner. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the wine was really good. The food portions are very generous and the prices really good. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

We arrived just in the nick of time for our booking, after driving from the coast. Despite this, and the kitchen wanting to close, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly and didn’t rush us at all. The food was magnificent - especially the lamb trio, and rice pudding. The stone fruit Tom Collins was delightful too. Everything! Such a great way to start a weekend in the region.

We booked an outdoor table, and being out of town we underestimated how cold it actually gets - however Varias was well prepared for the cold weather outside and had small blankets ready and gas heaters set up for keeping us warm. The wait staff were so friendly and gave great recommendations and tips when we ordered. We ordered the beef spare rib entree and the pork belly entree, and WOW. The size was perfect and they tasted amazing. Well worth the price we paid for them. For mains, we ordered the chicken breast, and the eggplant parmigiana. Again, these meals were so worth the price, the taste was amazing and the portions were well worth it. I can’t give a better review all the way from the service we received at the entry, to the moment we left. Fantastic, and we will be back when we pass through Stanthorpe again!
