    Terrible- long waits on food .over 30 minuets for a drink ..not acceptable! Displeased!

    Dined for 5pm, only 2 low high chairs and one was covered in food so had to use a broken one. One out front girl who liked to chat with bar staff and ignored when I rainmswd my hand for service, had no idea what was not available on menu, very slow, always had back turned to tables to chat. For a pasta house, the lasagne was very dry, the carbonara was undercooked and couldn't eat it, a cocktail was so bitter coulsnt drink it. Have had vapianos many times but never at toowoomba, and this place definitely needs to step up their game. We did get a refund for the pasta, but with a baby we needed a good quick meal, nit one we wanted to wait for it to he recooked.

    Recent change in meals has lowered experience and options for those requiring gluten free meals. Unfortunately the gluten free pasta meals received were of lower quality. One went uneaten and a refund provided. Was hoping to recommend, however we won’t spend money here again due to food quality. Atmosphere and wait staff were good.

    It was our first time at Vapiano Toowoomba & we were very impressed. The food & drinks were sensational & all reasonably priced. We highly recommend & can’t wait to return there.

    Our order was lost due to some technical issues, however once notified the staff went above and beyond to get our order out as soon as possible. Food and service were great.

    My husband took me here for Mother’s Day - 2 espresso martini’s for $20 watery- no flavour awful it taste like the backwash from coffee machine. Food was not good pasta over cooked sauce way too thick everything was stoggy. I had a second cocktail that was supposed to be sweet it was just lemon juice mainly awful. The staff were short with us no real customer service skill and mot helpful, I overheard that they had lost multiple patrons orders. This was my worst experience at Vapino in Toowoomba, this is usually my favourite place we paid over $140 for two people and everything was a nightmare. Music was to loud felt like you had to yell to talk. Awful.

    As always great food and great service! My family and I have been multiple times now and it will always be my first pick for lunch or dinner!
